Yume Ramen & Bubble Tea & Mochi Donut provides a specialized menu that focuses on its namesake offerings, ensuring a concentrated and flavorful experience. Here's a detailed look at the services and core menu items you can expect:
- Authentic Ramen Bowls: The star of the show is their ramen. They typically offer various broth bases, such as Tonkotsu (rich pork bone broth), Shoyu (soy sauce-based), and potentially Miso or Spicy options. Each bowl comes with traditional ramen toppings, which often include succulent pork belly (chashu), soft-boiled eggs, scallions, nori (seaweed), and sometimes chicken or seafood. Customers can often customize their bowls with extra toppings.
- Bubble Tea (Boba Tea) Selection: Yume offers a wide array of bubble teas, allowing for customization of flavors, sweetness levels, and toppings. This includes classic milk teas like Taro Milk Tea and Matcha Milk Tea, as well as refreshing fruit teas such as Lychee Fruit Tea and Passion Fruit Fruit Tea. Customers can choose from various boba (tapioca pearls) or other jellies.
- Mochi Donuts: A unique highlight, mochi donuts are distinct from traditional donuts due to their chewy, elastic texture derived from glutinous rice flour. Yume likely offers a rotating selection of flavors, often featuring vibrant glazes and toppings.
- Side Dishes and Appetizers: To complement the main dishes, Yume offers a selection of popular Japanese appetizers. This commonly includes Gyoza (pan-fried dumplings), which are often a fan favorite. Other potential sides could include spring rolls, edamame, or possibly other small bites.
- Beverages: In addition to bubble teas, they offer a standard selection of soft drinks and bottled water.
- Dine-In Service: While the service style might lean towards casual or counter-service, Yume provides a space for customers to dine in and enjoy their meals on-site.
- Takeout and Online Ordering: For convenience, customers can place orders for pickup, making it easy to grab a meal on the go. Many establishments like this also partner with third-party delivery services, allowing for home delivery.
Yume Ramen & Bubble Tea & Mochi Donut brings several distinct features that make it stand out as a local culinary destination:
- Specialized Offerings: Unlike many general Japanese restaurants, Yume focuses on three popular, distinct categories: ramen, bubble tea, and mochi donuts. This specialization often translates to higher quality and more authentic preparation within these categories.
- Unique Ambiance: Customer reviews highlight a "rebel/punk" atmosphere with "customer scribbles all over the walls" and a "sizable Yume mascot." This distinct, unconventional decor creates a memorable and engaging dining environment that appeals to a younger, more adventurous crowd. The "weeb" (anime fan) friendly environment adds a specific niche appeal.
- High-Quality Pork Belly: A consistent highlight from customer feedback is the pork belly, described as "buttery soft," "marbled with a delicious fat ring," and "highly recommend," suggesting a particular excellence in this key ramen component.
- Customizable Beverages: The extensive bubble tea menu allows for personalization in terms of flavor, sweetness, and toppings, catering to individual preferences.
- Mochi Donut Uniqueness: Offering mochi donuts sets Yume apart, as these chewy treats are less common than traditional donuts and provide a unique dessert or snack option.

Yume Ramen & Bubble Tea & Mochi Donut Reviews
Stopped in for lunch with my husband. The atmosphere is giving rebel/punk, with what looks like customer scribbles all over the walls + a sizable Yume mascot standing against the wall.I ordered a side of pork belly. It was a pretty thick + girth, I'd say somewhere between 1-2 inches thick and probably about 4 inches wide. It which came fully saturated in some brown sauce and the texure was buttery soft. The pork wheel is marbled with a delicious fat ring that packs a lot of flavor. I would highly recommend it!!My husband ordered the Yume Mega Bowl with featured the same pork belly roll I ordered, as well as another cut of pork in slices and sliced chicken with curly noodles and a boiled egg that fell somewhere between soft and hard boiled. We found the chicken to be lacking flavor. The alternative pork was decent but nowhere near as good as the pork belly. The noodles were also decent but seemed like they'd be so much better if we let them sit for a while to absorbed the broth flavor. He added spice which was mild to moderate during his meal but very spicy at the end as the spice seems to settle at the bottom. We ordered a lychee fruit tea + a passion fruit fruit tea. Both had identifiable fruit flavors but neither was overly sweet and the tea flavor was very subtle.
Jan 30, 2025 · CelinaHad high hopes for this place and I was let down.My wife and I are huge weebs , and I mean where else in Miami Florida are you able to Dine like the rest of the great Anime hero’s do ?Upon first visiting I was greeted by 2 female employees who asked if we would be dining in or taking outMy wife and I decided that we would be dining in for her birthday.Upon asking us for our order the following occurredAsked for my own waters to start us off (this should be given as courtesy)Purchased a bottled sprite there should really be a bottle opener near by had to use my anime power to open the bottle.Asked if there was any specials was told noAsked if there was any specials to accommodate birthdays was told no (10% off on a desert item won’t kill you guys )Was not recommended any appetizers had to ask after my order was placedWe were not seated and had to place our order at the desk as opposed to traditional diningOne redeeming moment was that the girls did have a decent memorization of the menu.Once the food was ready our number was called and I had to get up and retrieve it as oppose to one of the waitresses bringing it to my table ( I’m not bougie this is a restaurant not McDonalds we were literally 4 feet away )Upon getting to the mealMy wife ordered Tokotsu Ramen and I would have given it a great review only thing is there was a hair in her meal. Mind you both her and I have very long hair and the hair in the photo isn’t long or dyed. Like ours. (Hair nets are cheap guys )The dumplings were slamming I just wished that there were more sauces available to go with them other than soy sauce and chili oil ??My seafood ramen was bland needed more seasoning on the shrimp and octopus even if it’s generic like all purpose or salt otherwise it was fine.Hope this review reaches management to improve the quality of what would have been a great evening
Feb 05, 2025 · Nathanael MercadoMy husband and I love Asian food and since we are living by this neighborhood, we went to Yume to get some To Go dishes for a rainy Saturday. The girls by the counter are super friendly! They speak Spanish and welcome customers in a very nice way.Hubby had a Beef Domburi and I had the tonkotsu chicken ramen.Needless to say that the awaiting time is very short and we got everything in a snap! We also order the donuts which are to die for! Favorite flavors are creme brule and stripes. We will go again to try the bubble tea! With more donuts hehehe.
Oct 12, 2024 · Norah BorreroBest tonkotsu ramen we've had since moving from Seattle. The broth had a great flavor, not too oily or salty, and the pork was fried crispy. The bubble tea and doughnuts were also great. We will be back here soon.
Mar 16, 2024 · Claes MogrenIs this place about to close? I hadn’t been here in a while and was throughly dissapointed. Feels like the owners have lost care. The place was dirty, there was a water leakage on the floor when I told the attendant he said yeah I know and shrugged it off. He looked like they were not paying him enough to be there or he really hated being there. He was hiding behind the counter when I walked in and the screen to order wasn’t working. My order wasn’t horrible it wasn’t what it used to be either. Disappointed, won’t be returning.
