Nobu Restaurant Las Vegas, being a world-renowned luxury dining destination, does not typically feature frequent or widely advertised promotions, discounts, or happy hour specials in the traditional sense. The value proposition at Nobu is primarily derived from the exceptional quality of its ingredients, the culinary artistry of its chefs, and the overall upscale dining experience.
The core "special offer" at Nobu is its meticulously crafted Omakase (Chef's Menu) options. These multi-course tasting menus are designed to provide a comprehensive and curated culinary journey through the best of what Nobu has to offer. While these menus come at a premium price point (as noted in reviews, around $300-$450 per person for extensive courses), they are considered by patrons to be "well worth it" for the quality, variety, and unique experience they deliver. The Omakase ensures you receive a selection of their most celebrated and freshest dishes, expertly presented.
Any other specific, limited-time offerings would typically be seasonal or tied to special events hosted by Caesars Palace. It's always recommended for diners to consult the official Nobu Restaurants website or contact the Las Vegas location directly for the most current menu details and any potential unique offerings, although broad discounts are not characteristic of the Nobu brand. The focus remains on delivering an unparalleled, high-quality dining adventure.

Nobu Restaurant Las Vegas Reviews
I have been to this Nobu twice and both times my mind was blown. Sure, it's expensive. You can't avoid that if you want a good experience at Nobu. If you can get past that, it's one of the best dining experiences I have ever had.The first time I went, I had a 9-course chef's menu for around ~$300/person. This introduced me to the Black Cod and trust me, it lives up to the hype. It's insane. It's so juicy and delicious.. I'd eat this 1000 times over. The second time I went, I had a 10-course chef's menu for around ~$450/person. This included some fancier seafood and meats (including the Black Cod).I'd say my overall experience was similar between the two price ranges, to be honest. I didn't find my experience was much better paying the extra money, even though the food we received was arguably better. The ambience and professionalism at Nobu is unmatched and makes for an extremely pleasant dining experience. I took a picture of all but two of my courses from the chef's menu - enjoy!
Apr 21, 2025 · Kyle StottNobu is a Japanese restaurant with many locations around the world, known for its decadent menu full of sushi and steak. This location is in Las Vegas inside of Caesars, right off the casino floor. The menu is a good size, with an even larger drink menu of various sake and whiskey alongside other drinks too. The food menu is solid, ranging from fish to steak to sides and more. Things like Yellowtail Jalapeno, Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, Salmon Belly Karashi Sumiso, Black Cod with Miso, Rock Shrimp Tempura, Wagyu Tacos, Tataki A5 Wagyu, and more. The true star of the show here is the sushi though, we didn't have one bad taste. If you're up for it, going Omakase for the whole table is the best so that you get a taste of the chef's menu. The service here was great, a lot of servers come around often, bringing fresh plates often. Overall, one of the pricier places around but well worth it. You should definitely make a reservation if at all possible since it's always packed here.
Apr 16, 2025 · Matt PerroneWow, what a treat!! I've never spent so much on a single meal, but I sure did enjoy myself! The food was delectable, and the whole experience was an event! We enjoyed the spinach salad, yellowtail jalepeno, black cod with miso, spicy vegetables with scallops, and wagyu ... along with sake and several mocktails. I would order all the same things again! It was amazing!!
Apr 22, 2025 · Laura SNobu at the Paris hotel totally delivered on the experience and the food! Party of five and we were quickly seated (weeknight). Cocktails were excellent - non alcoholic options were appreciated. We decided to follow the guidance and order family style - sharing each. The Tuna appetizer is phenomenal and is the black cod main. Leave room for the yuzu cheesecake. Ask your server about saki options - they will not steer you wrong. Expensive meal, but by Vegas standards - amazing.
Apr 20, 2025 · Alexa FreudigmannSecond time at this location and both times it was great. Food is flavorful and unique, it’s always a great experience. Servers are all experts when it comes to menu selection, take their advice. Eating here is worth every dollar spent.
