Aburaya Reviews
This place slaps. Fantastic lunch spot in the area that I grabbed for the first time on a work trip. They offer some delicious fried chicken and honestly massive portions.Wound up going with the fried chicken rice bowl with the bbq sauce. The chicken was delicious and tender packed with a ton of flavor. I loved how many options the place had as well in case you wanted to try some different variations. The restaurant itself is pretty small with just a few tables so I would say that take out is probably the best way to go for most who visit. But this place I would absolutely go back to again if I’m in town.

May 13, 2025 · Mat LitBE A NORMAL ADULT AND CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF - BUS YOUR OWN TABLE!!!!Spectacular food - absolutely insane that all the fried chicken is GLUTEN FREE!!You also can’t beat the value. I think this whole plate was a lil over $20. My fiancé and I ended taking most of it home. The bay bridge will be the death of me, but I’d deal with it to eat again! 💖💖💖
Dec 24, 2024 · Cheyenne FongThere were many things that we liked about the restaurant but the ingredients quality did not quite reach the expectations that we had. The sweet potato fries were unevenly and only partially cookedI think some of the menu items are also trying to be too many things at once. It may help to focus on simplicity for a bit
May 20, 2025 · Jacob ChapmanWe visited Aburaya this weekend, and thought we had a great meal until my friend found literal mold on his chicken. I’ll include a picture of chicken that I thought was clear before I was about to bite into it. By the looks of it, this is not the first time they’ve experienced this issue. I hope they actually address it. It’s wild because someone in our party is severely immunosuppressed on account of a heart transplant. Y’all need to get it together. Let’s hope he’s okay.
