4.0
A first timer at Bamboo, but definitely not a last timer.I totally enjoyed dining at Bamboo yesterday late afternoon. While seating felt just a wee bit crowded, everything else about Bamboo was superb. Ian, our server was well informed , pleasant, and attentive without hovering....perfect.We ordered a variety of offerings, including tempura ๐Ÿค shrimp, the black cod, garlic fried rice , the garden of eden sushi roll , agedashi tofu, and the wonderful, off the charts king salmon kama collar. All foods came out family style and ready to share.Prices were a bit steeper than usual, but considering the expert preparation , tastes, and service , I felt I received value for money spent.Final take....recommended. I'm looking forward to my return visit already. - Markus โ€œmarkobear1โ€
