Mar 10, 2025 · Ulvi AyyamzadaHad a good time at Benihana—overall, a solid experience. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the chef’s performance at the table added a nice touch of entertainment to the meal. The food was okay—fresh and nicely presented, but nothing that really wowed me flavor-wise. Definitely enjoyable, but I’ve had similar for less. The drinks were a bit pricey for what they were, which took a little away from the value of the night. Still, the service was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe made for a fun outing.Would return for the experience, especially with a group!

Nov 24, 2024 · travis barclayDo yourselves a favor and save the trip and save your money. First time here was the last time here and I can’t give lower than one star. I could start with the manager who has a problem giving someone his name when issues arise. That ordering their “6 course” meal constitutes for three courses. Barely got any vegetables, the soup came at the end of the meal, the salad was nonexistent. Not that I was terribly upset but the dessert was also nonexistent. Do not advertise and charge someone for something when you’re not gonna provide what your advertising. Our waiter totally dropped the ball had to return to the bar at least three separate times to request a drink that talk Probably 45 minutes to get to the table. I could see if the restaurant was totally packed but it really wasn’t. I think the favorite part of my visit was going to use the bathroom and walking into fecal matter all over the floor. There was no posted sign that the bathroom was out of order. Same thing occurred in the men’s room, I was too disgusted to even sit down and eat anything else and when I got up to leave I had to make my way around hoses and Lauren‘s that were being run from the Roto-Rooter truck that was almost blocking the front door. That’s no mistake if your restaurant was up to code and having proper inspections and being properly maintained you wouldn’t be cleaning that it was a mistake that your bathroom is backed up because that’s just being plain ignorant. I will never walk back into another Benihana’s for the rest of my days I was so utterly disgusted and disturbed there is nothing anyone could say or do to convince me to ever try again. So diners beware, there are a ton of hibachi places out there go anywhere else stay out of BenihanaNew UpdateIt’s great to know that your manager lied to the department of health . There was no overflow in the sink there was fecal matter all over the floor. If the problem was that some kids stuffed up your sink then how did myself everyone in my party and your employees wash their hands? The manager Danny a.k.a. Anthony, not wanting to tell someone his real name obviously I now know why because you can’t hold up to the fact that you made a huge error with not having decent sanitary clean restrooms. But I understand all it’s about is covering up all the garbage that’s done, LYING to the public health authorities. The sink were not the problem, your poor management and obvious lack to care to maintain your facilities really shows what this company is about. I guess sinks now emit fecal water around the toilet bowl.
May 29, 2025 · Candice SalgadoWe had reservations and had a party of 16. We get there and they sat my party down at a table where we could barely move when we eat so I asked to move and the manager said the other table is for two cooks. He finally moved our table after complaining. Then we were waiting for 1 hr to even get orders for drinks. Then another hr to even place our orders so by then the manager comes to say he's gonna waive us from paying for our appetizers since we waited so long. SOUNDED GOOD!! We then waited another hr just to place our order for food. Then the cooks didn't come to another 1. Then after it all the appetizers ended up having to be paid for. The server told my group we had to pay. That was my first time but my son likes eating there and it was his and my mom's birthday so went went but the service was extremely poor and for the prices they charge i won't be back there again. They weren't prepared for my group and reservations were done in advance.
