Fuji Ramen Reviews
I'm not going to lie. I picked this place to eat because I really wanted ramen and they were the closest. What I didn't expect was everything when I got here. The restaurant is very clean. It's a very pleasant environment for the senses. Then the staff is just absolutely amazing. They are very polite, very kind, and just down right sweet. Then the food came. The food was some of the best Ramen I've had in Indiana. It was flavorful, tasty, and abundant. Then the price was surprising! It was definitely affordable! This is a must return place for me and I look forward to my next visit!
April 09 · Chad LydayABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! They use real pork bone broth the black garlic oil is to die for! I had the Tonkotsu with the Chashu with black garlic oil felt refreshed warmed and cozy eating it and even had enough to take home with me! My husband had rh Miso spicy and it was a flavorful spicy that adds to the palate without stinging it was a very mild hint lovely flavors. A very lovely owner who makes you feel welcomed like you just visited her home! Great staff very accommodating and sweet! If you’re still reading this EAT HERE :D you won’t regret it!! Prices were super reasonable too!
April 20 · Joana BaileyThe food and service was excellent. I tried the takoyaki appetizer, and for my main meal I had the miso ramen with pork belly. Everything was delicious and it came out FAST. I barely had time to check my phone before the food was brought to my table. I love the way they seasoned their miso ramen, and the texture of the takoyaki was incredible. The atmosphere was very nice and cozy. I felt very comfortable during my visit. The most outstanding thing about Fuji Ramen is the service. I never had to wait long for anything. My server was extremely polite, and she made sure I had everything I needed, even hurrying to prepare a to-go lemonade when I asked for one last minute. I could hear other servers treating customers with the same level of respect so I know the owners have very high standards for the way diners are treated. Lastly, I would highly recommend the specialty drinks. I had a "wonderful lemonade" and a classic milk tea with boba. Both drinks were delicious, but the lemonade was the best I've ever had. It comes with a slice of lemon and cucumber inside. It was both refreshing and the perfect level of sweetness. I will definitely go back for more.
March 23 · Aero ThanatosThe service was amazing! I don't know if I've ever seen a waitress running to and from tables before! Everything we had was excellent - we tried the fried calamari, gyoza, spring rolls, Karaage chicken, pork belly and chicken yakitori, and Shio Ramen. The entire staff was so accommodating and friendly - we'll be back!
March 29 · Exile LAThis has to be one of the best ramen places I’ve been to. It’s very budget friendly. You can feel the hospitality of the staff; they are super patient and very welcoming. They have a very ambient atmosphere that is cozy and beautifully decorated. Those bowls are hefty — it doesn’t matter if it’s a ramen bowl or a rice bowl, I personally can’t finish either, but both were super yummy. My overall favorite ramen place in Indy.
