The vermicelli rice we ordered and pho were good. We also appreciate that they have a kids menu. We were looking for some Vietnamese food and pho on Black Friday before watching a movie at AMC 20 across the street and that’s how we discovered the place. However, there is limited seats on this place and I think their bathroom needs to be cleaned better.

I got the kids' size chicken pho with rice noodles since I didn't want a lot and it was delicious! The staff was very kind. I also enjoyed the Mexican roll and Taro tea smoothie. I liked the relaxing music they played and the lavender painted walls, which is a calming color. All around I enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and service and will definitely visit again when I come back to Bradenton!

I’m Vietnamese and have frequented many restaurants. I actually enjoyed this place. The pho was good like any other restaurant, but the whole fried tilapia is the BOMB!! For only $13.99, the fish was crispy fried all the way through. I had order extra fried rice because I love my rice. Never been to Japan, but this dish is probably something you would only find there. No other Vietnamese restaurant in Central Florida has anything like this. It’s a MUST TRY as long as you’re not afraid of fish bones.

Perfect hole in the wall with a few tables and countertop seating as well. I ordered one of the pho options to go, and it was so fresh and flavorful with all of the spices, lime wedge, sprouts, onions, and basil. The broth had so much flavor, that perfect blend of earthy spices, rich but not too salty. I got all of this for $12.99. They serve sushi and boba as well. I will be back!

Fusion Sushi & Pho in Bradenton is a fantastic find! Their menu is inventive and full of bold flavors, combining fusion creativity with top-notch quality. The casual and welcoming atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for any occasion. As a family-owned restaurant, you can feel the passion and care in every bite. The food is exceptional, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend checking it out!
