Apr 18, 2025 · Steinar MathisenMe and my classmates decided to visit GINZA for lunch for my last day of cosmetology. When I came in I noticed how beautiful the restaurant was! I also noticed how spacious the hibachi area was. There were so many stations, nice and clean too! Our waiter was very nice, she had no issues with handling all 12 of our orders. Everything came out right. Our hibachi cooks were entertaining and our food was delicious. I feel that what I paid was worth the price and I will be back.I ordered Steak and Chicken HibachiVeggie Eggrolls + a drink
Apr 09, 2025 · MaKayla Renee’ (Hair Like Kaylas)Food was GREAT! And service was really good! I got to catch up with my nephew because he wanted sushi after playing basketball. He said he really liked the sushi and it was some of the best he ever ate. So Thank you!!!! 😊
May 11, 2025 · Trevor ZaneOur experience at Ginza Japanese Hibachi was incredibly disappointing. We informed them of a shrimp allergy in advance, and they assured us the meal would be cooked in the back to avoid cross-contamination. Instead, they simply didn’t cook anything and completely forgot the meal altogether. The service was chaotic and unprofessional. They kept forgetting items we ordered, double-charged us, and seemed overwhelmed the entire time. On top of that, we were in a rush, and their disorganization only made things worse. This place was messy, unaccommodating, and overall a terrible experience. We won’t be coming back.
Jan 26, 2025 · Mel KlutheI got the crunchy shrimp roll and seaweed salad for takeout lunch. The place had just opened so I expected it to be fresh. Instead the crunchy shrimp roll was soggy, not crunchy at all and avocado was brownish. Makes me wonder if they are pre-made like the ones from Kroger. The seaweed salad was good. Also upon entry the foyer smelled like urine which was very off putting
