udon/soba joint served gyusijii udon excellent! pick me up for some fresh udon it tastes like a pho but Japanese style with soy and also had the meats of different varieties and tastes very clean. when you don't want a curry or a ramen, this one hit the spot
Apr 12, 2025 · Michael ChengIt has changed, but is still good.I remember coming here shopping and having to stop at this place for Ramen. It became the obligatory Christmas shopping routine every year. I’m not sure if the chef changed but the ramen is not exactly the same. The flavors I remember enchanted me from the beginning are not the same. The Vegan Ramen was always my favorite and right now it feels is missing that Umami flavor I used to make me “need” to come here. I have to say is still good, it just not the same as I remember.
Dec 15, 2024 · Claudia MuletVibe is pretty authentic, the taste is quite good and authentic, and serves super fast.Be aware that they are street style so that means the food is not delicate. Part of my udon was completely stick together and uncooked.Portion runs small.
Apr 11, 2024 · Hanxiong Wu (Hansel Wu)One of the stalls in Japan Village, this one focuses on udon and soba. Had the Kamo Nanban soba, and it was pretty comforting, perfect for a cold winter day.
