Flavorful Broth: Customers consistently praise the "flavorful broth" across their ramen selections. This indicates a dedication to simmering their beef bones for extended periods to extract maximum depth and umami.
Pleasantly Chewy Noodles: The noodles are highlighted for being "pleasantly chewy," a crucial characteristic of high-quality ramen noodles that stand up well to the rich broth.

While the overall experience is highly positive, one reviewer did note that the "meat was somewhat underwhelming, with a few dry cuts" in their premium ramen. This suggests a potential area for occasional inconsistency in a specific component, but it doesn't overshadow the overall praise for the broth, noodles, and general dining ambiance.

Gyuro Ramen Reviews
I visited Gyuro Ramen for a late lunch during the week. The restaurant had a calm atmosphere, and we were promptly greeted and seated. I tried the premium ramen, which featured a flavorful broth and pleasantly chewy noodles. However, the meat was somewhat underwhelming, with a few dry cuts that affected the overall experience. Overall, it was a decent visit with some room for improvement in the meat quality.
May 25, 2025 · QuynhI enjoyed the Japanese-inspired interior of this resto. It sets the mood while savoring the ramen. We had the Signature Beef Chasu and Yakisoba with Duck Breast. I like the latter more but the beef broth of the ramen is something unique that should be tried. I also love the mocktails that we got - raspberry rose refresher and mango lychee cream soda (love this more!) I would love to try their other dishes soon.
May 28, 2025 · Aubrey Rose FloresThis is the first time I've tried both beef and duck ramen, and they were both absolutely delicious. Great aesthetic sense too; it's decorated to look like a Tokyo alley, with signs up everywhere and city footage projected onto walls. I really recommend this place.
Apr 10, 2025 · Anna KudriavtsevI got the Spicy Miso Ramen with Tofu! Great service as well. The menu was clear and quick to understand. The food was tasty, the chicken gyoza were simple and filling. I liked the ambiance of the restaurant and Fulton Market in general is wonderful!
Feb 08, 2025 · Tushar AsthanaThe atmosphere of this place was really nice. The service was good and the ramen was fantastic! I’ve been to plenty of ramen spots and this one had the best broth hands down. I wish the ramen was a little thicker, but it was still great. Definitely will return.
