Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet is built around the concept of an all-you-can-eat dining experience, offering a broad spectrum of choices:
- All-You-Can-Eat Buffet: Their core service allows diners to enjoy unlimited servings from a wide array of dishes for a fixed price. This includes various hot entrees, appetizers, sushi, and a hibachi grill station.
- Dine-In Service: Customers can enjoy their meals in the spacious dining area of the restaurant. The buffet setup encourages a casual and comfortable dining environment for individuals and groups.
- Hibachi Grill Station: A popular feature where diners can select their choice of raw meats and vegetables, which are then cooked to order by a chef right in front of them, allowing for customized stir-fries.
- Sushi Bar: A dedicated section offering a selection of sushi rolls and nigiri. While the variety might focus on common types, it provides a fresh option for sushi lovers.
- Takeout/Buffet To Go: For those who prefer to enjoy their meal elsewhere, the restaurant offers a "Buffet To Go" option, where food is charged by weight (e.g., Regular Buffet, Seafood/Fried/Beef Mixed, All Sushi). This is a convenient way to enjoy the buffet selections at home.
- Beverage Service: Soft drinks, water, and other beverages are available for purchase to complement the buffet meal.
- Party Trays: The restaurant also offers party tray specials for popular dishes like Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Fried Rice, and Lo Mein, catering to larger gatherings and events.
Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet is recognized for several key features that appeal to the local community in Las Vegas:
- Vast Selection of Food Items: The most prominent feature is the sheer "wide variety of selection of food," often boasting over 200 items. This includes a broad range of Chinese hot dishes, Japanese sushi, a hibachi grill, seafood, poultry, meat dishes, salads, fruits, and desserts. This extensive array ensures there's "a little something for everyone."
- Hibachi Grill as a Main Attraction: The interactive hibachi grill area is a significant draw. Diners appreciate the ability to select their fresh ingredients and have them cooked to order by a chef. This personalized touch adds to the dining experience.
- Sushi Area: Despite some feedback on similarity in fillings, the sushi area is highlighted as a "main attraction" with a "wide variety of good looking sushi." It provides a fresh and appealing option for sushi enthusiasts.
- Freshness (Especially at Main Stations): Customers often note that the "food is excellent and fresh," particularly in the sushi and grill areas, indicating that these sections are consistently replenished due to high demand.
- Affordable Value: The all-you-can-eat model, especially for the range of food offered, including seafood options like crab legs and oysters (when available), is considered a "good value for the money" by many. This makes it an attractive option for families and groups.
- Spacious Environment: The restaurant is described as "clean and comfortable and spacious," providing ample room for diners.
- Consistent Operations: The buffet is open seven days a week from morning to evening, offering consistent availability for lunch and dinner.
Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet primarily operates on a value-driven all-you-can-eat model, where the fixed price itself is the main "special offer." However, they do have a few structured pricing tiers and discounts:
- Tiered Pricing for Buffet: They offer different prices for Lunch Buffet and Dinner Buffet, with Dinner typically being slightly higher due to an expanded selection that may include more premium seafood. There are also distinct prices for children based on age groups (e.g., 2-6 years, 7-10 years), making it family-friendly.
- Weekend All-Day Dinner Pricing: Saturdays and Sundays often feature an all-day dinner pricing, meaning the expanded dinner selection is available throughout the day.
- Senior Discount: The buffet typically offers a 10% discount for seniors (65 and up), providing added value for older patrons.
- Buffet To Go by Weight: Their takeout option, where food is charged by weight, can be seen as a flexible "special offer" allowing customers to control their portion size and cost, with different rates for regular, seafood/fried/beef mixed, all seafood/fried/beef, and all sushi.
- Party Tray Specials: For larger orders, they offer party trays of popular dishes like Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, and various fried rice/noodle dishes, which can be cost-effective for gatherings.

Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet Reviews
This place has a large selection of mediocre Chinese dishes. They had a wide variety of good looking sushi, but nearly all of it had the same ground crab type of filling. There wasn't a great selection of hot dishes. Especially lacking was the chicken stuff.Something was also off about the hibachi. Great selection of ingredients, but something was missing - like a sauce or salt?Overall, you won't go home hungry, but you also won't be blown away. They also charged us automatic gratuity because there was 6 of us, even though we all paid separately.
May 29, 2025 · Greg EakinsWalked in, was not greeted, was just asked how many in my party. We were escorted to our table, drinks were brought immediately, but no refills offered after an hour in the restaurant. Wide variety of selection of food, but the items are not being refreshed as fast as they are being consumed. But overall, the sushi area and the grill area are the main attractions in this place. The food is excellent and fresh.
Dec 19, 2024 · Morayma Ivonne TrevizoFirst time here and honestly we will never comeback.Atmosphere is dark in there and it is smelly; glass displays dirty and disgusting with a bunch of old signs which I consider give a bad look and presentation of the food.Broom and duster next to food displays which give you an idea that the people working there don’t care about hygiene.tasteless food and if for any reason you haven’t thrown up yet you will when you go to the restroom and discover all dirty walls and doors packed with graffiti; disgusting sinksHorrible; Terrible; Not Good ; Very Bad experience.
May 15, 2025 · Romeo EfigenioI was very surprised by my 1st visit to Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet @ 313 N. Nellis (NW corner @ Stewart). It was recommended by none other than Buffet @ Asia, one of my favorite Buffets in Las Vegas who changed their (Tues.) closing hours to 8:30pm without telling anybody. (Although I think they are a little overpriced). But Hibachi is definitely not. In fact with their senior discount the bill came to around $20.00 each. The food was/is tremendous. A much larger buffet line than Asia. A greater selection of delicious fresh food including Crab Legs. A wonderful on premise grill with a wide selection of fresh raw items cooked to your specifications. And even the grill chef was friendly and aimed to please. It seems much larger and roomier than Asia and, frankly, the food was so delicious I couldn't stop eating. Family friendly, and the staff from the hostesses to the wait staff were so nice and attentive. Even at closing time they wouldn't think of rushing us, unlike @ Asia. Hibachi is my new FAVORITE Buffet on the East side of town. I plan on going back time and time again. And so will you.
Mar 02, 2025 · bobbycottonwoodSolid place to eat, with a large variety of food. The place is big, and it's all you can eat for just under $20. It's a little noisy, but for the size and type of venue, it is not too bad. I enjoyed my dining, and I'm pretty sure you will, too.
