Hibiki BBQ Reviews
This was my first time here a Hibiki BBQ, and it was due to random post I saw on social media. I love the Japanese train station decor. It brings be back to Japan. The meat was good, we got the premium package and it didn't disappoint. The best cut we ordered was the Waygu Top Plate, melt in you mouth tender. The brisket is delicious also. Surprisingly their fried rice was tasty and worth a try. Overall we had a great lunch here. It's a must try!
Mar 22, 2025 · Peter NguyenAround 4.2-4.4 ⭐. I like the interior decoration because it feels in Japan. Service is good but a little bit slow at the beginning (Maybe peak time). Prices are okay but wagyu steak is not included. Noted that wagyu steak from another table is very good quality. The food overall is good, I especially like beef tongue and deep fried squid. I recommend people to try at least once here to see the decorations and the wagyu beef.
May 13, 2025 · Nick Wong (NickGaming)Good beef is really delicious. We ate here today on Valentine's Day. We drank red wine and Japanese beer. I'm not a drinker, but it tastes good. So cool. I will bring my child here next time. She will definitely like it.
Feb 15, 2025 · 陈晨Hibiki BBQ – Authentic Japanese BBQ Experience! 🇯🇵🔥Hibiki BBQ in San Gabriel instantly transported me to Japan with its live, fun atmosphere and top-tier meat quality. The wagyu tongue was especially amazing, super tender and full of flavor. The restaurant is very clean, and I loved the wide variety of dipping sauces available to customize each bite. Their Moshi drinks were a refreshing bonus and paired perfectly with the grilled meats. The service was great, and there’s plenty of free parking in the plaza, which made everything super convenient. If you're craving a real Japanese yakiniku-style BBQ experience, Hibiki is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!
May 20, 2025 · Rachel BaeWent here for lunch on a Fri. No wait and service was quick and attentive. The meats are cut as you order them so you know it's fresh. My favorite is the short rib and wagyu flank steak. Get the pickled cucumber and marinated bean sprouts to offset the tenderness of the meat. My only problem is that there was 2 of us so we were limited in trying only 6 out of 19 meats! 😅 4-6 people is perfect. We got the SUPREME buffet.
