Ichiran Introduce
For devoted ramen enthusiasts across New York, Ichiran has become synonymous with a truly unique and deeply personal dining experience. This renowned ramen establishment, with its roots firmly in Japan's Hakata region (the birthplace of Tonkotsu ramen), has brought its distinctive approach to Brooklyn, making it a must-visit for anyone craving an authentic and customizable bowl of ramen. Ichiran isn't just about serving delicious noodles; it's about providing an immersive culinary journey designed to let you focus entirely on the rich flavors and aromas of your ramen. Their signature Tonkotsu broth, simmered for hours to achieve a perfect creamy consistency and umami depth, is the star of the show, but it's the entire philosophy of "flavor concentration" that truly sets Ichiran apart. Locals have embraced this unique concept, often returning time and again for what many consider to be the best ramen in NYC. Whether you're a seasoned ramen connoisseur or curious to try something truly special, Ichiran promises an unforgettable and consistently satisfying meal.

Ichiran Reviews
I’ve been here countless of times and enjoy my experience each time. They recently added a kiosk system which takes away from the full experience however the ramen is still amazing. Make sure to keep track of your points if you’re a local like me. They add up quickly. This place is also nice for bigger groups. I brought a party of 7 here for my birthday and we all had a good time.
Dec 08, 2024 · Sage StatenThey are the first one who brought the booth ramen to NYC! I’ve been here so often and I forgot to leave a review as they are such a routine part of my life now. 😂 I think they have the best ramen in NYC! That’s enough said! The vibe is so unique and it never gets old! Oh! Kids under 8 can eat here for free now.
Apr 23, 2025 · Shako LiuIchiran Ramen is hands down my favorite ramen spot of all time! I’m not even a big ramen person, but this place changed everything for me. The soup, noodles, and katsu pork are absolutely perfect — so rich, flavorful, and satisfying. I finished every last bite! I also love their katsu pork appetizer — I order it every time. This famous franchise truly lives up to the hype. A must-visit for any ramen lover (or even non-ramen folks like me)!
