Kanji Noodle Bar Reviews
The food was delicious. The pork belly was so soft—it was like butter. The contrast of textures was perfect. The portion was perfect—enough to feel full but not exploded. The gentleman heard me speaking Spanish, and he gave me service in Spanish that made me feel comfortable. I will come back.
Mar 16, 2025 · Erika RiveraLove that I can have Kung Fu tea and Kanji Ramen at the same time. I was recommended to try Wintermelon Green Milk Tea. It is now one of my favorites. I could do with more Wintermelon syrup next time! The ramen Tonkatsu broth was good. The helpings, toppings, and noodle ratio was just right. The presentation was nice and the price was comparable to most noodle shops.
Mar 11, 2025 · _Food was awesome. The mix between Korean and Japanese cuisine is definitely up my alley. The complimentary kimchi in the beginning was a great experience. The boba shop attached to the place is a nice touch too. Great eats for a fellow big back.
Oct 29, 2024 · Rafael Pena JrKanji Noodle bar was a disappointment. We came around 1pm on a Saturday for lunch to a completely empty place. There was only one person behind the counter who basically did all of the duties as the hostess, server and cashier. The side dish of kimchi and radish that came out first looked like it had already been eaten out of or sitting out for a while (the side of the dish had dried red pepper flakes all over the sides and the radish dish had kimchi residue floating in it). We got the Tonkotsu & Shoyu Ramen which were both mediocre; there was no depth to the flavor but at least the presentation was there. The Kara-age came out like popcorn shrimp, with only one reasonably sized piece of chicken and the rest were all little bits and pieces. We tasted more of the batter than any chicken. They probably serve it this way as they also offer Kara-age as a topping for the ramen. In our opinion, Kanji Noodle Bar is basically like fast-food ramen, if you don't expect too much in regards to quality of food and need a quick ramen fix this would fulfill your need.
Sep 24, 2024 · T & S Seoi really loved the appetizers, but ive had this place twice giving it a second chance but the broth and noodles are still so bland.. I had gotten the spicy tonkotsu and nothing changed. I only ended up eating the toppings unfortunately.
