I ordered off of uber eats. My order took an hour to show up. When it came i was extremely disappointed. I ordered 2 Philadelphia roles and all of the salmon was spoiled. It was grey, hard and it tasted like ham. They saw the discolored salmon and still gave it to me. I ate 2 pieces of sushi just to make sure i wasn’t going crazy because it tasted funny. If i get sick you guys will definitely be hearing from me again.

I came here since the boba place next door was closed. I got a Thai Ice Tea and Coconut smoothie with tapioca and it wasn’t the best. The Thai Tea had remaining tea leaves (which weren’t strained properly). All in all, I felt the service was careless and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming.

Waited an hour and a half after ordering via uber eats, so I called and asked about an ETA since the delivery time updated several times. The person on the phone was very kind and explained to me that they were waiting on a driver through a third party. Uber Eats says they deliver themselves, but it makes sense if on busier days they delegate to a third party. However, nine minutes after I called, my order was canceled. Disappointed since I was excited to try the food. It would have been better if they communicated or canceled the order much earlier, instead of assuring me that they just need the delivery driver then canceling :( We ordered from 2.3 miles away.

Ordered through uber eats, said it would take max 1 hour to arrive. Order took 2 hours, came cold and salty. This place has gone downhill, used to get food relatively quickly. Only live 2.5 miles away. Better places to get food quickly in the area.

I ordered a chicken katsu and there’s like 80% fried batter and the smallest amount of chicken NOT WORTH $13. NO SEASONING. NO FLAVOR EXPECT GD VEGETABLE OIL.Quite sad too - it’s not chicken Katsu at all. Might as well call it batter Katsu because there’s literally 3-4 bits of actual chicken. If I saw the meal before picking it up, I would’ve left it with the waitress and walked out. Terrible quality food, go to macdonalds instead. Oh yea and the commercial barbecue sauce was the icing on the cake, such bad food man. The candle on the cake was when I opened the take out bag to find a liquid mess of their whack teriyaki salmon leaking all over my bag.What did the chicken Katsu taste like? It tastes like the restaurant hasn’t cleaned their deep fryer in weeks.
