Kinya Ramen Reviews
Was not expecting this place to be a part of the Hook and Reel restaurant. The Ramen was fair, I would rate it 5 of 10, 10 being the Best ever. The portions are Big, we couldn't finish our Bowl.We Both chose Chicken for our ramen, but it was very dry and tough. Maybe precooked then added to the broth? Plus the boiled egg in the Ramen was ice cold in the middle? It is a little strange sitting in a Seafood place having Ramen, but the restaurant overall was nice, clean, with 2 sections, 1 for Hook & Reel the other for Kinya. They just sat us on the H&R side. They are Both the Same room. Different Menus. Our service was good as well. Friendly Staff. We prefer this location over the Taylor store. Always looking for a good Ramen.
May 01 · Pati WidbyDelicious! Obsessed with this ramen, I’ve gotten it multiple times the last month. The spicy chicken ramen is my fav. Very flavorful and great portion size for the price!
January 07 · Bailee RayAtmosphere and service was good.Brought my mother here to try for her to try Ramen for the first time. My mom ordered their spicy ramen while I had the chintan ramen. We both got it ours with chicken. Broth, noodles and everything else tasted good. The sliced chicken was dry and old. You can tell it wasn’t fresh. It threw the whole bowl off. Got the bowl replaced and the chicken was STILL dry and old. The meat was tough.
September 27 · Miles ShaneJust moved here from the Seattle area and have been CRAVING some good Ramen. Saw this shop advertised on Facebook and decided to try it out. Everything was delicious! Pictured are the Kinya ramen and Tonkatsu ramen, with spring rolls and some of the best Takoyaki I’ve had in a restaurant. The broths were very rich and flavorful, all the ingredients were fresh, good sized portions, and the pork cutlets were perfect. It hit the spot.
July 06 · Amanda HouseI’m sure I’m not the only one who missed this place because it’s with a Hook N Reel restaurant. Otherwise it’s slightly confusing and easy to miss. Scouring the area for good sushi, ramen etc.the food was amazing. The open pork bun was delicious, I ended up getting a hard bit in the 2nd bun, seemed like a tough rubbery bit of grissle on the meat. But otherwise not bad. The bowl was also amazing. Pork rice bowl. Tender.
