Very promising, but with some major flaws.The chicken yakisoba was absolutely delicious, as was the side garden salad with ginger dressing. However, the chicken itself was a big disappointment — about half was tender and perfectly seasoned, while the other half was so tough and inedible that I had to spit it out. Service was also questionable. Our waitress came across as condescending, rude, and passive-aggressive, which really dampened the experience. Overall, the food shows a lot of promise, but the service might be enough to ruin your night. I’m not sure if I’d return.

This is the first time I tried to fruit. I ordered Korean stone pot rice, Bibimbap. They actually gave me two tray for the stone. It’s not hot at all. My rice was not hot at all. There’s no crispy rice. There’s no sizzling sound terrible experience. The Ginger is dry as paper . I have been eating this BIBIMBAP rice for a long time at Ichiban Korean Japanese Hartford, Connecticut. They serve excellent Korean and Japanese food and the rice is crispy and sizzling and it’s hot, hot and I don’t understand why this restaurant KIRSAR does it very different.

We have been to a lot of Japanese restaurants over the years and believe we can compare the local spots pretty well. I ordered the spicy pork ramen, the broth was good and it had plenty of noodles. A complaint I saw a few times was that there was not much meat ( I agree) and my pork was hard and chewy. My wife liked her sushi , I had a salmon roll and it was good. We ordered the kids hibachi which was huge, nice for leftovers and we tried the sparkling sake which was good. I would come here again and try some other things. Our server was polite and did a good job. Overall the food was good just not a five and I could see it being hard to get a spot on fridays and the weekend due to the size.

Kisara is the only place I get sushi and my favorite place to eat out. I’ve been going since 2019 because Louis and the staff there are so welcoming, helpful and the food is the best. Do yourself a favor and check them outs

Consistently delicious food year after year. A staple restaurant in Easthampton. Whether you're getting sushi, ramen, or any other dish such as curry, you will be thoroughly pleased with the taste!Service is hit or miss. Usually, the server is incredible! The other night, the person we had seemed like they were absolutely miserable there. Kinda killed the vibe, but I hope things get better for her if it was just a rough night.
