The food is great and big portions so you will get your moneys worth. Besides the food everything else is fair. I caution coming on a cold day as the wind and draft inside the building is horrible. Majority of the people in the restaurant kept their coat and hats on while they ate. The service was poor. Our server brought out the soup and salad before getting our drink orders. After we finally got to order we had to wait at least another 20 mins before the chef came out. The chef Honcho was great! He was the best thing about this dining experience. If you chose to dine here don’t have high expectations other than getting good food.

I used to love this place, but unfortunately, it has gone downhill. The last two times I visited, the establishment was noticeably dirty. There was food on the floors, my husband’s plate had leftover food on it, and the table directly across from us was filthy. To make matters worse, there was an overflowing trash can right behind us.I will definitely not be coming back. Do better, Kobe’s!

I came here with my 2 young children and grandson because I thought they would enjoy the experience. The food and chef were good, no complaints there. The server was efficient. Nice but seem to only be going through the motions. They did prepare my son's food in the back to accommodate his allergies, thank you! My only major complaint was at the end right after I paid the check and asked/waited for her to bring a bag for the 4 containers. I was packing up the food, getting the babies coat on and zipped and the kids together as they were finishing their drinks, she came over and said sorry we have a big party coming in to rush us along. I told my kids not to rush and that the next party would need to wait when they started drinking faster because of her words because they could have choked. That wasn't okay nor necessary because had she used her eyes instead of her mouth she would have seen that we where 2 minutes from being done.We had scheduled a couple weeks prior to this a work team meeting to have at Kobe but I advised our large group this may not be a good place for us because they want you to eat, barely pause and roll out and we may have needed a little extra time to talk/go over a few things. So we opted for another restaurant that does not shuffle their patrons in and out like cattle.The staff shouldn't even approach a table asking people for the space while they are still eating, drinking, packing up etc. for a minimum of 15 minutes. That's a terrible practice and I see I wasn't the only patrons that had a similar rude experience.Do better! People should stop paying places to disrespect them.

Great prompt hibachi meal. The chef was a very attentive to our needs. He put on a show and continuously interacted with the guests at the table. Everything was a prepared freshly. He took his time with our meal to make sure he got everything right. He plays a games and put on a show very well. The waitress Make sure she checked on our table regularly. We had plenty of food left over to take with us. The atmosphere was not busy at all It was actually a very calm setting. We were there during lunch hour on a Sunday, and beat the rush before it started. We were there a total of 2 hours at most.
