Hands down, this is my FAVOURITE sushi place to order from.They cross so much off my list, and have continued to do so for years! I can't believe how long it's taken me to remember to write a review.To summarise, if you want a TLDR- Their Food is FANTASTIC!! Not just the sushi itself, but their entire menu.- Portions are perfect, and I genuinely never feel like I'm being cheated out of an actual meal like some other restaurants.- They're affordable/budget-friendly but not cheap in the sense that the ingredients are low-end and effortless.- The family that runs this establishment has been entirely pleasant. They've left an incredible impression and never faltered on their friendliness.I'll get more in depth now, because a simple run-of-the-mill summary doesn't do justice here.To start: Their sushi is the highlight of my common (and relatively frequent!) experiences there– but it isn't the only thing you should order! Their Soba is fantastic, it's never missed the mark for me. The miso soup is perfect too. Never too strong, but still so flavourful. They manage their tables well even when the small restaurant is busy or they have a large party.To add to it all, through the many years I've come to Kofu, I've probably looked crazy with how much I change my style and hair, all of the new piercings, how my face has aged– and the Mother here who takes such good care of her customers has seemed to remember me through it all. She even recognises my orders when I place through Doordash or Uber Eats!To top everything off, as I know this is one of the big factors for most folks: They're budget-friendly, and have remained so even when the economy began to push many businesses to bring prices up to stay afloat, Kofu tried to keep their increase reasonable. This extends to their prices through delivery apps as well.This hole-in-the-wall restaurant deserves 10 stars without a doubt, but capping at 5 will have to do for this review. They've been nothing short of fantastic from day one. The BEST sushi in Oklahoma hands down. This is truly one of those hole in the wall restaurants you don't want to miss out trying. You won't find sushi this yummy for this good of a price. Very sweet local mom and pop shop. Fresh and delicious. My favorite rolls are the Sexy Roll and Soft shell crab roll. The miso soup and mushroom soup were very flavorful as well. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. Nothing can beat the quality for the price.

Small place with some great options for sushiHad the spring rolls and baked salmon sushi with the sauce on the side.Thought I’d try something different but while it was good, I prefer the raw. On the spring rolls I actually didn’t know it had shrimp which I typically don’t like, but this was actually the best I’ve had and wasn’t rubbery like shrimp always seems to me.Look forward to trying other sushi choices.Update Sept 23’: added a pic from dining in, very good again!!

My wife and I were there on a Sunday evening and we both really enjoyed our choices!The Chef helped pick what roll we wanted and the sushi and Sauces are both EXCELLENT!Lots of flavor.We will definitely be back.

My first time coming to this sushi restaurant and very peaceful place to eat. The Miso Soup tastes delightful and the Spring Rolls taste reminder of home. The sushi rolls taste fresh quality. I would plan to come visit again once I am off work and have enough money to order.
