- Den (500ml) US$50.00
Our original flagship ‘Den’ is brewed using a single origin rice varietal called Calhikari which is grown by Rue & Forsman Ranch (www.rueandforsmanranch.com) in the Sacramento Valley. Our goal was to make a sake with higher acidity which would pair beautifully with California cuisine. The higher acidity is created by tweaking the temperature of the mash during the fermentation process. Low temperature fermentation results in a sake with a subtle, elegant, fruity aroma. Each batch is slightly different. However, the core characteristics are always similar since we use the same ingredients (yeast, koji, rice and water) with every batch.
- Den "Giant Bottle" (1.8L) US$140.00
1.8L bottle (61 oz)
- Den "Blanc" (500ml) US$50.00
Den Blanc is a new expression of sake made using white koji to create a pleasant citrus-like sourness together with gentle umami flavors. White koji is commonly used for shochu making and naturally produces a higher amount of citric acid. Due to this natural high acid production, the shubo (yeast starter) is made without adding any lactic acid. Just like our original flagship Den, we use Calhikari rice grown by Rue & Forsman Ranch.
- Sequoia "Nigori" (375ml) US$35.00
This lightly cloudy Nigori has delicate aromas of lychee and apricot, reminiscent of spring flowers, a creamy, supple mouthfeel and a clean finish due to the use of more highly refined sake lees. The Bunny is soft and approachable, and this refreshing and utterly drinkable style Nigori strikes an excellent balance between sweet and dry. Try with strawberries other fresh fruit desserts. In a few words: Creamy, smooth, lychee, yogurt Style: Junmai-nigori Alcohol: 14-15%
- Marufuku Junmai Daiginjo(720ml) US$70.00
Wonderful collection of fruity and floral elements from green apple and olive.

Marufuku Ramen Reviews
This place absolutely blew me away! The Tonkotsu ramen was incredible – the broth was the richest and most flavorful I've ever tasted.I'm usually disappointed because the broth often ends up too thin/watered down, but theirs was perfect. The chashu was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. Generous portions too!Service was top-notch and they have a fantastic drinks menu. The karage was decent, but felt a bit more like regular fried chicken.Overall, an amazing spot for ramen. Highly recommend!
January 20 · Shyam PrabhuAmazing food. The ramen is cooked really well and will fill you up. There's a little bit of a weight but you can always order appetizers to hold you over. Barking around the area is difficult to find I would suggest going early before rush hour time. Definitely check out
April 15 · Jer kingSome say this is the only “authentic” ramen shop in the East Bay. We had fried shrimp buns (seasonal, yummy) and shared a bowl of 5Chicken Ramen with Rich White “Paitan” Broth. toppings w/ chashu chicken breast.this is a small chain with locations in CA, TX, NYC and Vegas.
March 20 · Deb LLoved this place! Wish I had taken a picture of my food to share with this, but it smelled so good I just started eating. Nice atmosphere, everything I had was beyond delicious, and the servers were kind and attentive. Food came out quickly too. I am already looking forward to my next meal here.
April 11 · Chloe FarbAmazing ramen! Be aware that it’s probably the richest broth I’ve ever had. And the chicken bites were delicious! Note: also super kid friendly and their kid meal is beyond generous and perfect.
