Hands down our favorite ramen place in NYC. We have been going to Minca for years and the flavor, quality and service are always superb. We have tried a lot of the most famous ramen spots and always come back to Minca. Highly recommend!

The broth had some thickness to it, which was actually nice because at other places, the broth is usually watery. And this ramen was hearty and perfect for a cold winter day (I had the miso and my friend had the spicy miso). We also had the spicy kimchi and some type of green salad (I forgot the name, I think it was seaweed lol). I can't really comment on those because I didn't care for the flavor profile of them. Otherwise the service was friendly, but the whole atmosphere felt dirty with flies everywhere and no air conditioning. I dined-in, but I think it would have been better to order out instead.

This is where you should go if you’re craving ramen or if it’s a cold rainy/snowy day outside. I do wish they used ajitsuke or even regular soft-boiled eggs instead of hard-boiled ones.
Aug 04, 2024 · Dhruv Patelgot the spicy basic ramen. didn't really taste that good, i wasn't a huge fan of it. didn't really like the noodles— too firm. flavour of the broth was also mid. also, cash only (which is fine— there are a lot of signs saying cash only and they informed us before ordering. my friend got the shio ramen which he said was better than the spicy basic, so maybe i just 踩雷了.
