Mojo Sushi offers a specialized and highly refined set of services, focusing on delivering an exceptional Japanese dining experience.
Omakase Dining: This is the flagship offering, a multi-course chef's tasting menu where Chef Allen curates each dish. It's an intimate and educational experience, often involving 14 courses (including nigiri, cold appetizers, and miso soup), and is available by reservation only.
Traditional Sushi & Sashimi: Beyond the omakase, Mojo Sushi also offers a selection of traditional sushi, sashimi, and maki rolls, crafted with the same dedication to freshness and quality. Popular items like spicy tuna maki and yellowtail hamachi with truffle soy are available.
Dine-In Service: The restaurant provides a cozy and intimate setting for those dining in, with limited seating that enhances the personalized nature of the meal. The atmosphere is highly praised for its welcoming and engaging vibe.
Takeout and Delivery: For those who prefer to enjoy Mojo Sushi at home, takeout and delivery services are available, allowing customers to savor their dishes in a convenient manner. This includes a full menu available for pick-up, with scheduled pick-up times for certain items.
Sake Menu: Complementing their exquisite food, Mojo Sushi boasts a "pretty strong sake menu," offering a selection of traditional Japanese rice wines to perfectly pair with your meal and enhance the overall dining experience.

Mojo Sushi stands out in the Massachusetts dining scene due to a distinctive set of features and highlights that elevate it beyond a typical sushi restaurant.
Exceptional Omakase Experience: This is by far the most celebrated feature. The omakase at Mojo Sushi is not just a meal; it's a performance and a journey. Chef Allen's personal touch, knowledge, and passion for the dishes make it a truly immersive and educational experience where diners learn about the fish and its origins from Japan, Scotland, Canada, and beyond.
Chef Allen's Expertise and Artistry: Chef Allen himself is a major draw. He is frequently described as "extraordinary" and a "true artist" whose "flavor profiles of each were unique and memorable." His prior experience and dedication to sourcing the "freshest fish" are consistently highlighted by patrons.
Intimate and Personalized Atmosphere: With only a few seats available each night, the dining experience at Mojo Sushi is exceptionally intimate. This small setting fosters a direct connection with the chef and allows for a highly personalized service, making diners feel truly special and engaged.
Unmatched Freshness and Quality: The reviews consistently emphasize the "delicious freshest fish" and "great quality" of ingredients. This commitment to superior sourcing is evident in every piece of sushi and sashimi served, contributing significantly to the "taste sensation" that customers describe.
Excellent Value for Omakase: Despite the high quality and intimate experience, customers perceive the omakase at Mojo Sushi to offer "great value," especially for a multi-course tasting menu that often features premium, seasonal fish. At around $90 for 14 courses, it presents a compelling offer for such an elevated dining experience.
Strong Sake Selection: For those who enjoy pairing their sushi with traditional Japanese beverages, the "pretty strong sake menu" is a significant highlight, providing excellent complementary options to enhance the meal.
While Mojo Sushi is highly regarded for its premium omakase experience, which operates on a fixed-price, multi-course format, specific promotions or seasonal offers beyond this core offering are not widely advertised publicly. The omakase itself, priced at approximately $90 for 14 courses, is considered by many locals to be an excellent value for the quality and intimacy of the experience it provides, effectively serving as its own special offering in the realm of high-end sushi.
However, it's always recommended for Massachusetts locals to directly contact Mojo Sushi to inquire about any potential seasonal specials or unique tasting events that might be on offer. Given the chef's focus on fresh, seasonal fish, there may be unadvertised daily or weekly specials based on ingredient availability. For regular updates, checking their official website or social media channels (if available) would be the best approach to discover any limited-time promotions or new menu additions that could further enhance your dining experience at this distinguished Wakefield establishment.

Mojo Sushi Reviews
Amazing!!! One of the best if not the best omakase experiences in the Aniston area. In the end omakase is about amazing food and the chef preparing it fresh and with his POV and knowledge on the dishes. Mojo is amazing food but such a great atmosphere! There is only a few seats every night which makes for a super intimate experience where you learn about the fish and dishes! Great value as well and would 10/10 recommend and will be back!Pretty strong sake menu as well!
May 25 · Kai GuentherChef Allen is extraordinary. We enjoyed the 14 piece omakase and every piece was a taste sensation with delicious freshest fish from Japan, Scotland, Canada…. He is a true artist and the flavor profiles of each were unique and memorable. We cannot wait to return. Great quality, delicious food, excellent service. Thank you, Chef!
April 08 · Alice LeeWe had an amazing dinner at Mojo Sushi, and it was easily one of the best sushi experiences we’ve had. The restaurant is small but cozy, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.We ordered a variety of sashimi and rolls, and every single dish was outstanding. The fish was incredibly fresh, expertly sliced, and bursting with flavor. The rolls were well-balanced, featuring high-quality ingredients that elevated the experience. Each bite was thoughtfully crafted, and you could really taste the difference in quality. One of the highlights of our visit was the exceptional service. Our waitress was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to explain how to best enjoy each roll to maximize the flavors. Her recommendations made a noticeable difference, allowing us to fully appreciate the textures and combinations in each dish.To complement our meal, we also had sake, which paired beautifully with the sushi. With four of us dining, we all agreed that this was an unforgettable meal—everything was worth it.If you’re looking for a hidden gem with top-tier sushi, warm hospitality, and expert guidance on how to enjoy your meal to the fullest, Mojo Sushi is the place to go. We will absolutely be back!
February 13 · A&RIt’s the best sushi ever! Chef Alan is super talented creating the best dining experience. All the fish are super fresh and all overnight from all over the world. We love it so much and my husband is obsessed! We celebrate all our special occasions here! You won’t retreat coming here.
May 17 · Amber ZhangWith elegance and skill, this sushi restaurant serves fantastic omakase sushi, nigiri, and sashimi. We ordered the C4 sampler, which came with a fantastic spread of different fish, including sea bream, fatty tuna, and king fish. The owner/ head chef will make conversation if you sit in the bar area, and explain each fish, topping, and sourcing of the fish. This is an incredible resturant, and is a lovely spot for any fan of authentic sushi. Only 15 months old!
