Moriya

I visited this food stall inside Japan Village and ordered a meat dish. Since the menu photo made it look like a generous portion, I declined the rice, thinking I wouldn’t need it. They were preparing the order right in front of me, and as I saw the actual portion being plated, I realized it was much smaller than expected definitely not enough for an adult meal.So I asked to add the rice back - after all, it was originally part of the paid meal. But the owner refused unless I paid extra. Refusing and demanding additional payment over something already included, especially when the customer was trying to correct a misunderstanding in good faith, shows poor customer service. - A
