Nobu at Paris Hotel Reviews
Nobu lives up to the hype, y’all. Every bite we had was excellent. The Miso Cod was unbelievable. It was our best bite of the entire week! You must order it. The bang bang shrimp were the best we have ever had. The lamb was excellent, the steak was great. The service was spot on. The cocktails were delicious. This place is a 10/10
Mar 22, 2025 · Michael DobbinsWhen I first entered The Victory at the Front, the host welcomed me warmly, gave me a good seat, and was very kind, asking me what I needed. Later, someone came to take my order, and the food arrived quickly. I loved it! I ordered shrimp tempura and a California roll such beautiful food, a beautiful ambiance, and excellent service!!
Feb 25, 2025 · abhishek kotturThis was my first visit to Paris Las Vegas, albeit just for dinner, and I was captivated by the beauty of the resort. Dining at Nobu Paris was a delightful experience, though it didn’t quite meet the high bar set by other Nobu locations, such as the one at Caesars Palace. The restaurant itself is elegant and undoubtedly offers a high-caliber sushi experience that stands out compared to most. However, the tucked-away location and slightly less creative presentation made it feel a bit less refined than its Caesars counterpart. As a vegetarian, I appreciated the thoughtful accommodation of my dietary preferences. The pickled okra and avocado dishes were beautifully prepared and flavorful, offering a fresh and innovative touch. The grilled cauliflower with jalapeño sauce was a standout—perfectly cooked and packed with just the right amount of heat and zest. The highlight of the night, without question, was the desserts and the lychee martini. Both were indulgent, expertly crafted, and an absolute must-try. The attentive service made the evening even more memorable, as we were celebrating a birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our group felt special and well-cared for.Overall, while it may not reach the level of other Nobu locations, Nobu Paris still delivers an excellent dining experience with superb service, a welcoming atmosphere, and unforgettable flavors. It’s definitely worth a visit for anyone staying at Paris Las Vegas.
Jan 27, 2025 · Drew PatelThis was my first time visiting a Nobu and I can confidently say that I will not be returning. The staff was nice when I arrived, but the quality of the service got worse as the night progressed. As a restaurant that is definitely on the pricier end, I did not expect to have to ask to have my water refilled when it had been empty for 30+ minutes. The food I ordered was fine and the portion was just okay. However, I was dining with someone else who ordered the lobster tacos and the portion size was a joke considering the price. If you still decide to visit Nobu, DO NOT ORDER THE LOBSTER TACOS AS THEY ARE MINIATURE.
Jan 15, 2025 · Arianna LafoleyVisited for dinner on a weeknight and tried their Signature omakase. Food was good, 7 course - 3 cold, 3 hot, and a dessert. Fair deal compared to the same items and price on the menu.Host and servers are friendly, although a bit slow in getting around considering the restaurant was not full and there were only a handful of tables occupied.Atmosphere in the restaurant is good, it is tucked in the corner inside the Paris hotel and casino and is busy with foot traffic. This may get annoying for some that are seeking a more intimate closed off experience. Two minor negative experiences during the visit:1. They stacked two of the courses during the omakase, not sure if it was a miscommunication between the kitchen and waitress team or they were not attentive at all and decided to commit to sending the next course as it’s made. They did apologize when serving, but at a premium establishment this shouldn’t have happened.2. They had another set of folks bring out the food and serve them. They were good and by the book in terms of serving the food and explaining the dish, it would have been better if they had a little bit more passion and a more joyful tone when they present the dishes. It seemed like they were not happy to be there.Overall, good spot for dinner and fresh seafood. Would comeback and recommend a stop.
