Takeout/Grab-and-Go: A significant portion of NORI SUSHI NATICK's business is geared towards takeout. Customers can easily pick up their orders to consume within the mall's common seating areas or to take home.
Online Ordering and Delivery (via Third Parties): NORI SUSHI NATICK offers online ordering through platforms like Seamless and Grubhub. This allows customers to place orders for pickup or delivery, extending their reach beyond just walk-in customers at the mall.

NORI SUSHI NATICK, as a Japanese food establishment within a bustling mall environment, offers several features and highlights that cater to its specific customer base.
Convenient Mall Location: Situated inside the Natick Mall, NORI SUSHI NATICK provides an easily accessible option for shoppers and mall visitors. This location makes it a quick and convenient stop for a meal or snack while at the mall, removing the need to find a separate restaurant outside.
Extensive Menu Variety: Despite being a kiosk, NORI SUSHI NATICK offers a surprisingly wide array of sushi rolls, including classic options like California Cooked Roll, Spicy Tuna, and Salmon Avocado, as well as special rolls like Volcano Roll, Tiger Roll, and Crazy Maki. They also feature various combo platters (Sushi Platter #1, #2, #3), sashimi combos, and even specific "Lover Combos" for Tuna, Salmon, and Eel enthusiasts. As a restaurant operating within a high-traffic retail environment like the Natick Mall, NORI SUSHI NATICK often relies on consistent pricing and value-driven combinations rather than frequent, large-scale promotions. Based on common practices for similar establishments and available menu information, here are typical approaches to promotions or special offers:
Combo Deals: A core "promotion" offered is the multi-roll combo deals, such as "Any 2 Rolls" or "Any 3 Rolls" at a set price. These allow customers to save a bit compared to buying individual rolls, encouraging larger orders and variety. For example, "Any 2 Maki" for $20.00 and "Any Three Maki" for $28.00 are listed on their Seamless menu.
Lunch Specials: Many sushi restaurants, including those in food court settings, offer specific lunch specials during weekday hours. These often include discounted sushi combos, bento boxes, or smaller portions of popular items designed for a quick and affordable midday meal. While not explicitly detailed as a current promotion, it's a common practice.
Platter Pricing: For larger groups or events, NORI SUSHI NATICK offers various sushi platters (e.g., Sushi Platter #1, #2, #3) at bundled prices. These platters offer a cost-effective way to get a larger assortment of rolls, sashimi, and nigiri.
Online Ordering Incentives: Third-party delivery platforms (like Grubhub or Seamless) occasionally offer their own promotions for restaurants listed on their service, such as discounts on first-time orders, free delivery, or percentage off for reaching a certain order total. Customers should check these platforms directly for any active deals related to NORI SUSHI NATICK.
To get the most accurate and current information on any ongoing specials, promotions, or changes to their pricing, it is always recommended for local Massachusetts diners to check NORI SUSHI NATICK's online menus via their delivery partners (like Seamless or Grubhub) or to call the restaurant directly.

NORI SUSHI NATICK Reviews
We ordered three rolls combo and tuna tartare from this restaurant at a non busy lunch weekday. The three rolls were alright. We took it as normal food court quality. However, tuna tartare was unacceptable. It was not fresh and tasted very weird. We brought this dish back to the chef/ cashier, they didn’t believe it. They insisted it was fresh and not willing to do anything to make it right. No exchange or refund or anything else. They had us to take our food back. What we can do? We tried the tuna tartare again. It was just not taste ok! We don’t want food poisoning! We split the food out and trashed it. It is sad they don’t know how to keep their business running. That’s how they lose their customers. It will be our last time getting the food from this place.
Feb 13, 2025 · janys chenGross, gross, gross. The seaweed was so chewy, the raw fish was not fresh and had a gooey texture, & the batter on the cooked tempura rolls tasted awful. I tried to cover it all up with extra spicy mayo & eel sauce, but that didn’t work. First and last time for sure.
Jul 27, 2024 · ChantalI highly recommend this sushi, the fish are very fresh. I especially like the cashier girl here. When I asked her for her recommendation, she was very enthusiastic to introduce me. I often see her working here in the workday. Even though the mall is slow on weekdays, she is always smiling. This is the first time I've ever experienced this kind of service at a food court. I want to salmon bowl but I didn't know there was also have grilled salmon. She was kind enough to introduce me after I asked for a bowl. This time I only bought a salmon bowl, but she also kindly reminded me to get soy sauce when we left. I'll come back next time for something else she recommends!
Jul 15, 2023 · Kevin UNow that Oga's is closed, Nori Sushi is our favorite sushi in the area. The presentation is beautiful and everything is fresh and tastes amazing. The torched yellowtail special (middle row with the tiny lime slices) was especially outstanding. The truffle toro roll (not pictured) is also amazing. I hope they do well and stay around-it’s an unexpected location at the mall.
Jul 23, 2024 · Mary W.Always a good quick sushi option.Great seaweed salad, lots of fun Maki options but the basics are what I do and they're all really good. Tuna avo, spicy scallop, salmon sashimi, Unagi sushi so good!
