Omakase Sushi by No name Reviews
NY born and raised. Currently live in the LES. Made it a mission to hit all of the omakase joints in the area, and can confidently call this my favorite. It’s more on the intimate side as far as ambience is concerned which the service complements perfectly—they are so attentive, polite, gentle, and friendly.Aside from impeccable service and a beautiful spot, the chefs hold it down! Best food there is I believe. The highest quality from Japan that other places will charge $500+. You can just go to no name for a better experience and food just as good if not better, and it will be a fair price. We paid $120ish for a premium 17 course…can’t really beat the value you’re getting.Best bang for your buck omakase and check off all the boxes all around. Highly recommend!*have been here 2 times with my lovely girlfriend, and this review is due to Sushi by No Name truly going above and beyond, and nothing else*
May 31 · Danny HehirWe ordered the 17 course omakase and it was absolutely wonderful, their specials are so interesting and tasted so good! Service was 💯, for $128 you get the best value out of it. I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!! It was also a birthday celebration and they gave us a special piece at the end of the course as well. Really appreciate the service and creativity of the sushi chef.
January 09 · JadeA discreet gem in the Lower East Side, this intimate restaurant offers a 13- or 17-course tasting menu. The sushi master crafts each dish with precision, exploring three or four exceptional ingredients in delicate variations. Every bite is a poem, every plate a journey. The sake pairing is elegantly curated, and the price is remarkably fair for such a refined experience.
April 09 · Rémi DenoyerThis place not only had amazing omakase, but had the nicest hostess and chefs that treated us with care and kindness. In 1.5 hours I received three hot tea refills without asking. They were also so knowledgeable about the sake and fish.
February 02 · Olivia TennantThe food is just too delicious. Was trying to order the 13 courses since it is our first time to be here but changed it to 17 courses right after the first bite of our first course. The combination of the piece of sushi is also a piece of art. I am impressed by the creativity the chef has put on the dishes he has made for us.Thank you so much for this unique experience for our marriage anniversary, Chef DC!You have made a special dining experience for our special day! Hope to see you soon !
