Orient Express Reviews
Oriente Express offers a fantastic Hibachi experience that I definitely recommend! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. Our chef for the day, Daniel from Mexico, did a great job.He was friendly, social, and made sure to communicate with us in Spanish, which made us feel more comfortable. He also reviewed each of our orders to make sure they were correct.I went for the shrimp and lobster combo, and it was delicious! The flavors were on point, and everything was perfectly cooked. Daniel kept everything clean and organized throughout the meal, showing great care and attention to detail. Plus, the staff was always on top of refilling our drinks, so we never had to ask.The restaurant has a great mix of options, with a sushi section and Chinese food as well, so there’s something for everyone. The prices are a little on the higher side—around $100 for two people—but it’s worth it for the quality and experience. The decor is lovely, and they have a charming outdoor area, plus plenty of free parking, which is always a plus.Overall, Oriente Express is a great family-friendly spot for a fun and delicious Hibachi meal. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a memorable different dining experience!
Mar 25, 2025 · loredana morales di stefanoOverall food was ok, second time coming to this place, same perception. The service takes a long time until the person comes to your table, you have to look around trying to find someone, the spicy tuna in the sushi was too spicy 🌶️ and I like spicy.
Mar 02, 2025 · Mari GarciaWe're visiting from out of town, and I was looking for something that would be fun for a dinner with the kids. WOW. This is an absolute gem of a place. Not only does it have the coolest atmosphere (a literal train next to the train tracks where trains are regularly going through - my four year old was in heaven) but the FOOD. Oh my goodness. Traveling with four kids, I cannot tell you the last time I left a meal with all four feeling happy and satisfied. And did I mention the fish food for feeding the koi in the pond outside? If I lived locally, this would absolutely be a good to place. They're phenomenal.
Apr 03, 2025 · Megan Allen-KingslandGreat place for celebration or just romantic dinner, the atmosphere is amazing. We came for hibachi and our food was delicious.
May 03, 2025 · Sofiya DerehuzI come here on average once a month or two. I ordered house combination fried rice. I noticed that I only have 2 small pieces of beef in the fried rice. When I bring it to the manager's attention he says it's supposed to be 1oz but I can't tell you if that's 2 pieces. All that said he could take it back but THEY won't remake the same thing. The fact what I wanted was not available to be made to spec (because 2 small pieces clearly wasn't an ounce) and I could either eat nothing (as he put it he "couldn't serve me") and pay a la carte for a spring roll that had not been touched and a salad or order something else, reflected a complete customer service failure. The sad part is how many times you can patronize a place, bring your employees, and business partners without an issue and the one time you have an issue, you see how little they care about your business or your experience. I will have to really think twice about returning to my favorite Asian restaurant. It's a sad day.
