This was my first visit to Osaka and it would be last as well. The service was horrible, the server took more than 10 minutes to even take our orders, did not even apologize for being late. I don’t blame her, she was managing atleast 8 tables with guests. She seemed to manage the bar as well. We had the dinner box and our server got us check without even asking if we wanted dessert or not. We were so pissed, even though we were looking forward to have fried ice cream, we felt humiliated to even ask. Food is average, I have had much better sushi at places like Crave. So, definitely don’t recommend this place unless you want to have fun enjoying hibachi.

We had a very large party that they weren't really prepared for even with a reservation made days in advance.Most of the meal had absolutely no flavor. I ordered the tempura vegetables and they didn't taste like much at all.Got the hibachi and the only thing that had flavor was the rice and noodles otherwise my steak tasted like nothing and was overcooked.Half of our table had very bad service while the other half received good service. It was just all over the place.The drink I ordered was all sugar and you couldn't tell there was a drop of alcohol in it.I have always heard such great things about the Roseville location that I was excited to finally try it and was so underwhelmed.

Having a hibachi experience is something worth while. Whether it’s a special occasion or just because - it’s always a great time. I was introduced to sushi for the first time here - I’m so glad I tired real sushi first! The food is absolutely divine here and the menu is broad.All is better with a great hibachi chef - they try their best to entertain you. I thought we would have to fight the chef! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!79° inside before cooking commenced!For large groups, consider other restaurants.Overpriced...our shoes stuck to the floor!I'll never go back! I'll never recommend!I have a $30 (I'm sorry gift card) that I'll never use...Let me know if you want it!!YUK!!!!
