What truly sets Oyshi apart is its expansive menu, which caters not only to avid seafood lovers but also offers a surprising array of perfectly cooked non-seafood alternatives like skirt steak and ribeye, all included in the AYCE price. This commitment to diverse palates ensures that everyone at your table will find something to savor, making Oyshi Sushi an ideal choice for group outings, family dinners, or simply a night out where you want to indulge without limitation.

Its presence in a well-established local area means it's a familiar and easy destination for many, solidifying its place as a valued part of the community's dining landscape.
Oyshi Sushi is renowned for its comprehensive All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) menu, which forms the core of its service offering, alongside other Japanese culinary delights.
- All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) Sushi, Sashimi & Hot Dishes: This is the flagship offering, providing an extensive selection of sushi rolls, fresh sashimi, and a wide array of cooked Japanese dishes for a fixed price. The menu is impressive, ranging from delicate sashimi to decadent cooked lobster rolls and even includes non-seafood options like perfectly cooked skirt steak and ribeye. Sushi is made to order, ensuring freshness.
- Sushi Rolls: A vast selection of rolls is available, including classic simple rolls like Tuna Roll and California Roll, various shrimp tempura rolls (e.g., Nuclear Bomb Roll, Rattle Snake Roll), baked rolls (e.g., Lobster Fair Roll, Japanese Lasagna Roll), and creative signature rolls (e.g., Lava Flow Roll, Rainbow Roll).
- Sashimi: High-quality, fresh sashimi is a highlight, with options including tuna, salmon, yellowtail, albacore, and more, available as part of the AYCE or a la carte.
- Appetizers (Hot & Cold): The menu features a wide variety of appetizers such as fresh oysters, salmon & tuna tartare, maguro tataki, tempura (shrimp, vegetable, calamari), popcorn scallop, yakitori (chicken, beef, shrimp & asparagus), gyoza, baked green mussels, and edamame.
- Entrees: Beyond sushi, Oyshi Sushi offers a selection of Japanese entrees like Chicken Teriyaki, Rib Eye Steak Teriyaki, Salmon Teriyaki, Surf & Turf, Asian Style Skirt Steak, and Beef Sukiyaki/Shabu-shabu, catering to diverse preferences.
- Rice and Noodle Bowls: Options include Chirashi Bowl (assorted sashimi over sushi rice), Spicy Tuna Bowl, Unagi Bowl, Gyu Don, Tempura Udon, and Nabeyaki Udon.
- Desserts: While not as extensive as the main menu, popular choices like chocolate tiramisu and crème brûlée are available to finish your meal.
- Takeout Services: For those who prefer to enjoy their sushi at home, takeout options are available, though the full AYCE experience is best enjoyed in-house.
- Dine-In Experience: The restaurant offers a comfortable and modern atmosphere, suitable for both quick meals and extended dining experiences.
Oyshi Sushi has built a strong reputation in the Las Vegas community due to several outstanding features and highlights that set it apart from other sushi establishments:
- Exceptional All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) Value: This is undoubtedly Oyshi Sushi's biggest draw. Customers consistently rave about the "absolute steal" pricing (less than $35 per person, though prices may vary slightly over time) for a "mind-boggling array" of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes. This value proposition makes high-quality sushi accessible for locals.
- Impressive Variety Beyond Sushi: Unlike many sushi places that primarily focus on fish, Oyshi Sushi goes "above and beyond" by including "incredible alternatives" like perfectly cooked skirt steak and mouthwatering ribeye in their AYCE offering. This ensures that even "non-seafood aficionados" can have a fantastic and satisfying meal, making it ideal for groups with diverse tastes.
- Freshness and Quality: Despite being an AYCE establishment, the "sushi was pretty fresh" and the quality is consistently highlighted. This commitment to fresh ingredients elevates the AYCE experience above typical buffet-style expectations.
- Attentive Service: Even on busy days, like Mother's Day, the staff are described as "so nice with great service," taking "great care of everyone." Waitresses are noted for coming "around periodically to take any new orders," ensuring a smooth and efficient dining flow.
- Efficient Seating: Customers have noted that there "wasn't much of a wait to get in, maybe five minutes," even during peak times, indicating good management of customer flow.
- Consistency: Oyshi Sushi aims for and often achieves consistency in its quality and flavors, which is a major factor in retaining a loyal local customer base.
- Modern and Welcoming Atmosphere: The restaurant offers a sleek, modern atmosphere that sets the stage for an enjoyable dining experience, contributing to its overall appeal.
Oyshi Sushi is well-known for its excellent value, particularly through its signature All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) offering, which serves as a consistent promotion in itself.
- All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) Sushi, Sashimi & More: The primary and most popular "promotion" at Oyshi Sushi is their AYCE menu. Priced competitively (historically around $25.98 for lunch and $29.98 for dinner, though prices may vary), it offers an "absolute steal" for the extensive variety and quality of items included. This comprehensive offering allows diners to enjoy unlimited sushi rolls, sashimi, appetizers, and even cooked meat dishes like skirt steak and ribeye. It's the core reason many locals return time and again.
- Online Order Discounts: For takeout customers, Oyshi Sushi offers a "10% DISCOUNT FOR ORDERS OVER $50! ENTER COUPON CODE ARI10 AT CHECKOUT" when ordering online. This provides a direct saving for larger takeout orders.
- Seasonal/Holiday Gestures: As evidenced by a customer receiving a rose on Mother's Day, Oyshi Sushi may offer special gestures or small tokens during holidays, enhancing the dining experience and making guests feel appreciated. While not a regular discount, these thoughtful touches contribute to customer satisfaction.
While explicit "Happy Hour" details for discounted individual items were not prominently found in recent public information for Oyshi Sushi's Rainbow Blvd location, the AYCE model itself functions as a continuous value proposition. Locals are encouraged to check the official Oyshi Sushi website or contact them directly for the most current pricing on their AYCE and any other potential specials or limited-time offers.

Oyshi Sushi is an exceptionally suitable dining destination for locals in Nevada, particularly those in the Las Vegas area, for a multitude of compelling reasons. Foremost among these is its outstanding All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) sushi experience. For many residents, the ability to enjoy an expansive menu of fresh sushi, sashimi, and diverse hot Japanese dishes for a single, affordable price is an undeniable draw. This makes Oyshi Sushi a fantastic choice for families, groups of friends with varying tastes, or anyone with a hearty appetite who wants to indulge without worrying about the bill adding up piece by piece. The "mind-boggling array" and "impressive variety" mentioned by reviewers ensure that there's something for everyone, even those who might not be traditional "seafood aficionados," thanks to delicious non-seafood alternatives like steak and ribeye.
The commitment to freshness, despite being an AYCE establishment, is another key factor. Patrons consistently note that the "sushi was pretty fresh," a crucial detail for discerning sushi lovers. This dedication to quality ensures that the value provided by the AYCE model doesn't come at the expense of taste or freshness.
Moreover, the positive feedback on their "great service" and the staff being "so nice" even during busy periods creates a welcoming and pleasant dining atmosphere. For locals, a restaurant that combines great food with attentive and friendly service becomes a reliable go-to spot for both everyday meals and special occasions. The convenient location on S Rainbow Blvd with ample parking further enhances its appeal, making it an easy and stress-free dining choice away from the more tourist-heavy parts of the city. April 22 · Claire BufordAlright, let me tell you about Oyshi Sushi in Las Vegas – and trust me, you're going to want to listen! This place absolutely lives up to its 5-star hype.Forget ordering a la carte, the only way to experience Oyshi is through their all-you-can-eat option, and at less than $35 per person, it's an absolute steal! I'm talking a mind-boggling array of sushi rolls, from delicate sashimi to decadent cooked lobster rolls. The variety is truly impressive. Now, I'm not the biggest seafood aficionado myself, and even I was blown away. Oyshi goes above and beyond, offering incredible alternatives like perfectly cooked skirt steak and mouthwatering ribeye, all included in the all-you-can-eat deal. It's a win-win for everyone!Honestly, if you're looking for a top-notch sushi experience in Las Vegas that caters to all tastes and won't break the bank, Oyshi Sushi is a must-try. Highly, highly recommended!

Lunch is $27.99/adult and dinner $32.99.Many choices of Sushi rolls and quite a few baked sushi roll varieties to choose from too. Love it! Strongly recommend the Ono fish in the sashimi or ono fish sushi, Oishi! (So yummy!)The server is very accommodating too. Will come back soon…
January 06 · Health & WealthFor an AYCE place, the food is better than most places. It's not the standard but above it. They would have a specialty wall. My favorite was the truffle tako. You can find things here that are unique and damn delicious! The sashimi is super fresh. The problem with our visit was that food wasn't coming out. We had to wait over 10 to 15 mins per dish, and for an AYCE place, I got full after like 3 dishes. The food needs to come out continuously. Our server was amazing, though! We still tipped over 20%. I do want to come back, hoping they can fix this tiny request!
