To start, we had the bread service with miso butter, and that really hit the spot. In addition, we also had the steak tartare which included table side service. They had cooked and deconstructed egg whites and yolks instead of raw eggs which was a unique and welcome approach to the tartare.Next we had the egg which we really liked, it was very light but with great mushroom umami flavor. To continue with our second course we had the Hurricane kit which included delicious lump crab along with forbidden black rice and this was served table side out of a steaming can, very cool presentation and a tasty dish.For the main course we had Salmon Welly which was great, I usually love Hollandaise/gravy on other Wellington’s but this fresh light citrusy take complemented the fish very well. For the other main we split the Lobster Alfredo which was probably my favorite dish, absolutely packed with flavor and texture, my favorite part about it was the texture of the fish eggs with the noodles when you bite down on them and get a little crunch and then a burst of flavor.Over all, a very good experience! It was our first time dining here, and our server Murilo was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining the menu and the most popular dishes to us which helped us to decide what to order.We can’t wait to come back and try some of the dishes we missed out on the first time! - Zachary Mazur
