We had the tempura Udon at 10am on a Saturday. The tempura was still crispy which is great! The seaweed and the fish cake was good. The Udon was nice and al dente. The soup is average. We would have given it a 3.5 but it is not really a 4 level. This is very good for an airport restaurant. Both were $14.95 which we felt is reasonable, even for a restaurant outside the airport. If the soup was better this would be a solid 4!

The dish does not look too appetizing at first but once you start digging in you cannot stop. Chicken breast was grilled and was juicy. The bone broth is tasty and has the right amount of fat. Sushi does not look too bad but I did not try it
