My partner and I found out about Satsuma Sushi from my sister. We absolutely love this place! The staff is super friendly and the food is fresh and delicious without feeling like you're breaking the bank! We've had omakase at many places from all price ranges and Satsuma is one of our favorite regular go-to place! They recently remodeled the place so it looks really modern. They've also added the Sudoku Sashimi and Wagyu nigiri.

When we can't decide where to eat after visiting Sutter Health PAMF, we go here. We find the service consistently great and attentive. The atmosphere is quiet, and you can have a conversation without having the need to raise your voice. The food is OK and pretty standard, nothing to get excited about.We ordered several items and found the veggie tempura to be lacking. Although it wasn't dripping in oil, the quantity can be better. For veggie tempura, we find that KoKoLo Donburi in Milpitas serves the best. The worst has always been from Kakuna Sushi, who serves you burnt tempura.The chicken in our main entrée were cooked perfectly but it could have used a little bit more teriyaki sauce. The tuna in our maki rolls tasted fresh and were cut in cubes, instead of little chunks like some restaurants do.

Really great value my friend got the three item combo dinner and I got two rolls plus the side of mixed tempura for $70. Food tasted great nothing spectacular but fairly good.

Very impressed. Tasty food, beautiful presentation, large portions. We ordered the 3 item Dinner Combo-salmon and beef teriyaki and chicken sukiyaki. Meal comes with rice, salad, miso soup and 4 pieces of Ca. roll. Chapeau to the chef Jesse and thanks to our server Damber.
