May 21, 2025 · TwitchyHad a very nice evening at Shinjuku ramen restaurant the other day. My vegan dining companion was very impressed with The appetizer bun and the vegan ramen.I ordered the pork broth spicy miso ramen, the bowl was excellent with a perfect gel like egg! My only complaint is that the shashu was a bit fatty and not as tender as I would have liked.I definitely will be back to explore more menu options
