Very clean place, me and my coworker aren’t far from here and we decided to try it together since we saw good reviews, we are on our lunch break and didn’t want to have a bunch of food and we got kids meals and was shocked how good kids eat!! It was so delicious. It came with a large drink. We got extra sauce (yummy too) and everything was correct! I’m very picky about my crab rangoons and they were so gooood, we will be back here!!! Ordering online was easy, and I didn’t have to wait too long for my order. We are stuffed and didn’t finish our food. Why haven’t I known about this place before???

The food was delicious. Japanese soup excellent. Teriyaki steak, noodles and mixed vegetables melted in my mouth. Steak was tender and cooked to order. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a 4 was because it was cold in the restaurant. It was cold and rainy outside so this probably affected internal temp.

Last 2 visits have been terrible, i got chicken that was nearly inedible my last visit due to it being so chewy with hard parts, my coworker ordered the exact same thing so it was very clear difference.So today i figured id give it another shot before totally making the decision of not coming back to Shinko’s, as im a long time customer.I ordered 2 orders of orange chicken and white rice, For some reason they made one of them fried rice (the receipt said white, i had also made it very clear over the phone), so i went back in to get regular rice and they give me ANOTHER fried rice, also had none of the prepared duck sauce i was given a half full cup of duck sauce that looked off when i went in the 2nd time because the worker put 2 more WHITE sauces instead.this is most likely due to the new staff they have but it sucks that shinkos has become unreliable, im paying for the food can i atleast get what i requested? Over here paying for Shinko mystery box.And i dont want to bash shinkos but i tried giving them another shot and they did WORSE than last time. I couldnt even go back in the THIRD time because i was on break, waste of money.Customer service is not bad though very respectful employees with good work ethic just not trained well enough , more of a management fault. I will also note that there was a bit of a busy day for the employees, but still it makes me not wanna go as its like a 50/50 that ill get a decent meal.

The most disgusting Asian cuisine I have ever had. The shrimp tempura consisted of breaded BABY POPCORN shrimp, rolled up in an eggroll. Whoever made that should be arrested immediately and banned from entering into any kitchen. Unbelievable. General Tso chicken was absolutely nasty as well. BABY POPCORN SHRIMP in an egg roll? I can't get over that nonsense.

Ordered online which was very easy. I opted to pickup at specific time. When I showed up, food was ready and hot.Went with the General TSO’s. What a great choice. The chicken was perfect and flavorful. This lunch special even came with a choice of a side, so I went with the side salad. When I tell you this is a large portion, I had some left over. You can’t go wrong!
