Shokku Ramen Reviews
Been here a few times. The food is always DELICIOUS!!! The service is fast and efficient. The ambiance has an anime theme which is really cool. This is is busiest late at night. I look forward to future visits.
May 23, 2025 · Joshua MosesCame here for my sister's birthday and it did not disappoint! We were seated pretty quickly and when we told them we had more people coming, they accommodated us right away and pulled up an extra table. The inside was a little dark but not in a bad way. There was anime art all over the walls and you had a view of the kitchen no matter where you were seated. For an appetizer we ordered the Super Saiyan Nachos. The kimchi in it was good quality, the pork belly inside was cooked perfectly and so were the Wonton chips. Gosh it was delicious! We ordered the Ichiraku Ramen and the Gogeta Ramen from the signature ramen options and the Chashu Fried Rice. To be honest, the tonkotsu broth in the Ichiraku Ramen was lack in flavor.. I have had better.. the ramen eggs were made perfect jams, the noodles were great quality, but the pork chashu also laked in depth and flavor and so did the shumai I added to it. It was good but I have had better. The Gogeta Ramen was amazing! The broth in it was as authentic as it gets! I really thought someone's mom was back there making birria! The best was tender and I honestly wish I had gotten it for myself. The chashu fried rice was also very delicious and well made!I definitely recommend this place!
May 25, 2025 · Daniela AlvaradoLate-Night Flavor Bomb with an Anime Twist⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️After a late airport pickup, we wandered into Chinatown and found Shokku Ramen—a cozy, anime-themed gem that was still open (even on a Monday night). The vibe is playful with anime decor, character-themed menu items, and shows playing on the TVs, but the food is what really made this place shine.Between the group, we ordered a mix of pho, fried rice, and a curry rice bowl. Everything came out fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. For a late-night spot, the quality was impressive—and yes, we all somehow found room to devour it.Service was fast, prices were reasonable, and the whole experience felt like the perfect way to wrap up a long travel day. If you’re into bold Asian flavors and a side of anime nostalgia, Shokku Ramen is definitely worth a stop.
Apr 03, 2025 · Vino RajFinally got to try out Shokku after so many Vegas visits. Plenty of seating when we came but it’s great to come off season so I read as Vegas is slower from January February. Very clean atmosphere and very friendly staff. Ordered a few appetizers…wings, crispy beef, and the nachos…wings juicy and not dry…nachos big portion…however I felt the beef was lacking a bit of flavor and all I get is more acidic flavors from the kimchee and pickle ginger. Crispy beef was definitely 💯. Tender and excellent flavor. Ordered the oxtail ramen and the shinigami ramen. I might get flamed but I felt the broth was a bit underwhelming..a bit too light in flavor and bland. But texture on noodles were on point…the presentation and portion was great. Big 2 chashu pieces and tender karage…yes very filling nonetheless. But I was highly disappointed on the spicy bomb that was served with the shinigami…it was just a blend of togarasi and more chili powder. Not spicy as it labeled on the menu. I was expecting like a house made chili paste/oil blend that I have given from other places that offered spicy ramen challenges.Tip…ordered the crispy beef and add that to your ramen…definitely elevates the flavor .
Jan 27, 2025 · Hoang NguyenWe enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant. Staff were great, quick and attentive. But I just had a hard time enjoying my ramen bowl. It was super salty and difficult to enjoy. I got the Gogeta (I hope I spelt it correct) wasn't bad but very salty. My partner got Da Oxtail, but his wasn't salty.
