April 17 · LaurenI’ve been to many omasake spots and this is the best so far. The ambiance is great, servers are really friendly and the chef has a great sense of humor, which makes the whole experience even better. The fish is really fresh and delicious, my fav was the Akami with truffle seaweed puree. The last piece Unagi Foie was immaculate! The flavors are well-balanced, quality exceeds the affordable price. Overall a great experience, would definitely visit again!
March 23 · Yoon Ei SanOur favorite omakase spot! We love chef Yee! He is super personable and hilarious and always makes us feel like we are out to dinner with a friend. The tasting menu is an amazing value for money and every piece is better than the next! It’s also great to have a BYOB option. We love Shoshin!!
March 09 · Laura HunterI searched for Omakase and found this place. It was fantastic, but not really true Omakase. It was a set menu of items that didn’t end up being a choice of the day.. That said, it was fantastic. We sat at the bar and chatted with our sushi chef.
May 25 · Scott C. ParkerI had an amazing omakase experience at Shoshin! Chef Eric was fantastic!! Not only did he serve incredibly fresh sushi, but he also took the time to explain each piece in detail. The fish cuts were larger compared to other omakase spots, plus his friendly personality and great sense of humor made the whole experience fun and engaging. Our server, Ruby was super attentive, making sure our water and sake glasses were never empty. Her service truly elevated the experience. One of the highlights for me was the Spanish mackerel, it tasted noticeably different and better than at other places I’ve tried. Overall, everything was top-notch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for an exceptional omakase!
