This diversity aims to cater to a broad range of preferences.

Friendly Staff: Some customer reviews specifically highlight the friendliness of the staff. This positive interaction can significantly enhance the dining experience, making patrons feel welcomed and attended to.
However, it is important for potential diners to be aware of some notable concerns raised in customer feedback and public health inspection reports:
Hygiene and Cleanliness Concerns: A serious concern raised by a customer review involved finding a cockroach in a dish. This aligns with a public health inspection report from April 2023 for the 2600 West Seventh St. location, which observed three live roaches in the kitchen and one dead roach in the sushi bar line, among other violations. While restaurants are expected to address such issues, it's crucial for diners to be informed of these past findings.
Condiment Charges: Another customer noted being charged an additional fee for basic condiments like Sriracha with a takeout order. While the food itself was deemed great, this practice was viewed as "stingy" and "rubbed the wrong way," indicating a potential point of dissatisfaction for some customers regarding value for money.
Prospective patrons are advised to consider these varying aspects of customer experience when deciding to visit Sushi Axiom-West Fort Worth.

Sushi Axiom-West Fort Worth Reviews
I would give them zero stars if I could. I had dinner at Sushi Axiom last week, and what started as a normal evening turned into one of the most disgusting dining experiences I’ve ever had. About halfway through eating a bowl of noodles, I noticed something unusual buried beneath the noodles. To my horror, it was a *baby cockroach* — fully intact and clearly cooked with the dish.I immediately called over the server, expecting shock. Instead, the response was disturbingly casual. They didn’t seem the least bit concerned that I had just eaten from a dish contaminated with an insect. This isn’t just poor service — it’s a serious health hazard. I can’t believe a restaurant can operate with such low hygiene standards.Needless to say, I will never return. I strongly suggest others think twice before eating here — if a cockroach made it onto my plate, who knows what’s happening in that kitchen.
May 31, 2025 · Viloki DhangarI ordered the chicken fried rice for takeout from Sushi Axiom. The food itself was great. The reason for the lower rating is the condiments situation. The fried rice was $15.60, and when I noticed there were no condiments included, I asked for some Sriracha. I was told it would be an extra $1.00, which I went ahead and paid, but honestly… charging for a basic condiment like Sriracha felt a bit stingy, especially considering the price of the meal.Great food, but the extra charge for something that’s usually standard just rubbed me the wrong way. Very friendly staff.
May 20, 2025 · Jennifer MayénI have always loved this place but came for dinner tonight and the table beside us had a whole ROACH on their food plate from the sushi bar. Then proceeded to only give us $2.79 off our meal after we had said something about how disgusted we were. Please note this happed right after we got our food, so after seeing that we lost our appetite and barely even ate anything off my plate. I work in the service industry and Madelyn had zero intent in helping us. We will never be back.
Feb 23, 2025 · Kira StraussCame here for the reviews.. but very disappointed. First, I ordered “yaki udon”, it came with flat fried noodles…. And sashimi is very unfresh!! With soy sauce, I can still taste the fishy taste
Apr 23, 2025 · Yitian CaiWe entered the restaurant which boasts of a beautiful waterfall as you walk in. You are quickly greeted at the host stand. It’s right by the door, convenient to help you find a table. We sat down at a four top and a lovely blonde, waitstaff young lady came over to help us. She was very attentive and very helpful, and we were really really fortunate to have such a great person helping us.I ordered vegetable tempura, which were on point, warm, crispy cooked and everything that we had was delicious, and hot. Our waitstaff brought us whatever we needed right away. I am highly giving this place five stars because they are always always on point with service, with food value prices, with a taste, temperature of the food, cleanliness, and everything. It is definitely a jewel in the Montgomery Plaza area.
