We came to Sushi Jin on a Saturday night, and while it was definitely busy, the wait was completely worth it.We ordered the regular omakase, which included 10 pieces of premium sushi—each one fresh, beautifully prepared, and bursting with flavor. One of the standout dishes was the Toro Tartare with caviar which was rich, indulgent, and perfectly balanced. Another surprise hit was the Pork Soup Dumplings. It was delicious, but just a heads-up: it’s filled with hot broth, so take that first bite carefully!The service was decent, especially considering the crowd, and the food came out at a great pace. Overall, an amazing dining experience with great food that made the busy atmosphere feel well worth it. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes on the menu.

I'll give the service some grace, as they just opened: the service was exceptionally slow and our server wasn't friendly (I think he was overwhelmed) HOWEVER the food was excellent quality and the ambience was great! It's very chic. The cocktails were good, too. Will definitely be back.
