Sushi Kudasai Introduce
Welcome to Sushi Kudasai, a well-regarded sushi and ramen restaurant nestled in the heart of downtown Seattle, specifically at 1420 5th Ave #203, Seattle, WA 98101, USA. Operating under the phone numbers (206) 682-8000 and +1 206-682-8000, Sushi Kudasai positions itself as an accessible and efficient dining option for locals and visitors alike. While the platform category specified is "Doctor Near Me," which typically pertains to medical services, we are interpreting this within the context of a local search for essential services and goods. Therefore, Sushi Kudasai, while not a medical provider, offers a vital service: delicious and convenient food, an essential for well-being in its own right, just as a 'doctor near me' would address a different aspect of 'well-being'. In this sense, Sushi Kudasai serves as a solution to immediate hunger and culinary cravings, a form of 'comfort near me' or 'sustenance near me' within a broader local service ecosystem.
Upon entering Sushi Kudasai, patrons are often greeted by a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The establishment prides itself on maintaining a tidy environment, which contributes significantly to a pleasant dining experience. The ambiance is designed to be comfortable and inviting, making it suitable for both quick solo meals and casual gatherings. This focus on a welcoming environment ensures that diners can relax and enjoy their food in a clean and well-maintained setting. The general consensus points to an atmosphere that prioritizes efficiency without sacrificing comfort, making it a reliable choice for a quick lunch or dinner.
The services at Sushi Kudasai are characterized by their speed and efficiency. Many customers highlight the quick service as a major advantage, especially for those on a tight schedule. This makes it an excellent option for individuals looking for a fast and satisfying meal during their workday or before an event. Despite the rapid service, the restaurant aims to maintain a high standard of food quality. The staff is generally seen as attentive and capable of handling a steady flow of customers, ensuring that orders are taken and delivered promptly. This efficiency is a key selling point, particularly for individuals working or staying in the bustling downtown Seattle area, where time is often of the essence.
Sushi Kudasai boasts a diverse menu, with its primary features being a wide variety of sushi and ramen options. For sushi enthusiasts, there's a selection of yummy sushi rolls to choose from, catering to different preferences. While specific roll names or ingredients aren't detailed in the provided information, the general sentiment indicates a satisfactory range. However, it's worth noting that one review suggests that while the poke bowls are "OK," there might be better options around, implying that sushi and ramen might be the stronger points of their menu. The ramen selection is another significant draw. Customers commend the ramen for its flavor, and notably, the spice levels are genuinely spicy. For those who appreciate a kick, the 3-star spice level for the ramen is explicitly mentioned as "ACTUALLY spicy," which is a distinct advantage compared to some other establishments where spice levels can be underwhelming. While the noodles might not be considered the absolute best by all, the overall quality of the ramen, particularly its spice, makes it a popular choice.
One of Sushi Kudasai's most prominent features is its highly convenient location. Situated at 1420 5th Ave #203, it's not far from the Seattle Convention Center, making it an ideal dining spot for attendees or anyone in the vicinity. This proximity to a major landmark significantly enhances its appeal for both tourists and business travelers. Furthermore, for those seeking ramen within walking distance in the downtown area, Sushi Kudasai often emerges as a primary choice, even if it's not considered the "best" ramen spot in the city. Its convenience often outweighs the desire for a longer journey to other highly-rated ramen establishments, especially for those with limited time. This makes it a go-to spot for quick lunches or when a craving for spicy ramen strikes and heading to other neighborhoods like Capitol Hill (Cap Hill) isn't feasible.
While specific promotional information isn't extensively detailed, the recurring theme of convenience and quick service can be considered a constant promotion in itself. The restaurant essentially promotes itself as a reliable solution for a fast and satisfying meal in a prime downtown location. For individuals seeking a quick bite that offers a good variety of sushi and notably spicy ramen, Sushi Kudasai presents itself as a practical and accessible option. The value proposition lies in its efficient service and strategic location, catering to the needs of a busy urban clientele. There are no explicit mentions of discounts, loyalty programs, or seasonal specials in the provided information, but the intrinsic value of its convenience and quick turnaround acts as a perpetual draw for its target audience.
In summary, Sushi Kudasai is a solid choice for those in downtown Seattle looking for a quick and enjoyable Japanese meal. Its clean and welcoming environment, coupled with fast service and a diverse menu featuring tasty sushi and genuinely spicy ramen, makes it a highly convenient dining destination. Its strategic location near the convention center further enhances its appeal, cementing its status as a reliable option for a satisfying and efficient culinary experience in the bustling city.

Sushi Kudasai Reviews
Quick bite to eat! The food is serviced fast and they have a wide variety of yummy sushi and ramen to choose from. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. It’s not too far from the convention center!
Mar 25, 2025 · KorahPoke bowls are OK. Lots of better options around. Ramen is pretty good. Not the best noodles. But there aren’t many other ramen places within walking distance. The 3-star spice level for the ramen is ACTUALLY spicy, unlike some other places, which is a plus. Essentially, I’ll resort to Kudasai for a quick lunch every now and then not because it’s great, but because it’s convenient or I really crave some spicy ramen and don’t have time to head over to Cap Hill.
Apr 24, 2025 · Benjamin ManneSlightly pricy but good value. Th poke bowl I got had a generous helping of fish and includes seaweed salad which most typical bowls don't. The only glitch is that the bed of spring mix at the bottom had some wilted/rotting leaves. Spring mixes go bad quickly so my recommendation to the owner is to check them more diligently for bad leaves
Aug 27, 2024 · Gary MaAte dinner here a few nights ago. It's okay; their sushi roll options are pretty standard and nothing fancy. The fish itself tasted fresh, but again, not much depth of flavor or complexity for the price of the meal. The people working there are friendly. It's a very small restaurant with limited seating options for larger groups.
Nov 26, 2023 · Em HudsonExcellent sushi for an affordable price. If you’re craving a good sized portion sushi, this is the place. Right across from Sheraton Grand Seattle, open till 7pm. Good service and great fish!Good for takeout. Few dining seats as well for quick meal.
