Takara 14 Reviews
Very nice sushi place. First time that I had citrine roll, or any baked sushi, and it was delicious. Good recommendations for fast dishes. Notice that the restaurant is on the second floor and the stairs are steep.
Apr 11, 2025 · Muki HaklayLoved all our food here. The sushi was absolutely incredible. The seaweed salad was delicious and one of my favorites ever. I highly recommend the sweet potato sushi as it’s nothing you’d typically find anywhere else
May 27, 2025 · Melanie GiraldThis review is for Omakase Raw, the upstairs omakase bar. Fantastic experience! Jimmy Yi is a true craftsman and very personalble and engaging, gave great explanations for each course including his rationale for the sequence. It was great to get insight into the thought that went into putting together the whole experience. It made for a very friendly and easy-going atmosphere. The sommelier, Jenistar, had great recommendations and her demeanor really contributed to a relaxed, comfortable vibe. Finally, the dessert, a sweet corn ice cream, was a great finish and overcame what can be the Achilles Heel (eg dessert) of omakase experiences. Could not recommend more strongly!
May 11, 2025 · Gary AnThis restaurant is exceptional. I’ve been twice this month and can’t wait to come back. My boyfriend loved the Onyx roll, calling it the best roll he’s ever had. My favorite was the Peridot roll. Lychee Geisha cocktail also delicious.
Jan 05, 2025 · Stephanie BravoAn excellent spot for some delicious sushi options. The fish-to-rice ratio is excellent. The nigiri is “painted” with soy sauce. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is a great spot for a 3rd date when you want to impress! Very unassuming entrance. Look out for it!
