As a working class individual, I feel that Tei provides a high end experience for reasonable prices. The service is extremely quick and friendly. My group always feels welcomed and we love the food. I would recommend this place to anyone i know and I will continue to come here regularly!

Hello All,I have been to several sushi spots in the Northeast area, but Tei Japanese Cuisine is the BEST by far. I will say this - they stay busy and your wait time is NEVER long 😉 The food, service and atmosphere makes my 30-40 minute journey - worth the trip. Me and my family are ALWAYS satisfied. Don't take my word for it... Come out and see for yourself. #loyalcustomer

Local hidden gem! It's a small space but very cute. The food was very good, surprisingly! The takoyaki was crispy and packed. The hibachi steak was very juicy. I actually enjoyed the hibachi sauce. Most places sauce are sweet, but this place isn't that sweet. Loved the smokey flavor in the hibachi. The sushi burrito was very worth it in my opinion. Got the tei burrito, which I think is the special sushi burrito. Flavor was good, decent amount of fish too.Didn't get the lunch special but saw its 2 rolls for $11 which you can't beat in Philly!

Ordered from Uber Eats: Firstly, the packaging- amazing! Everything arrived secured with nothing out of place. Truly appreciate how well everything was put together. Secondly, the food is very good and well-seasoned.A must try in person!

Ok so where to start, Tei has yet to disappoint with plenty of delicious options. One word comes to mind with every item I’ve tasted and that’s FRESH. Clean food with a great taste and most importantly I feel good when I eat here. Fried rice was awesome very clean with jumbo shrimp, yaki udon also very fresh and tasty. The Hibachi was exciting and delicious and to top it off the rolls cook or raw was amazing I lit up with the first bite of sexy mamasita lol. Everything seems to be made to order which is a GREAT! They are fast and friendly don’t forget the Japanese soda!!
