Temaki Bar Introduce
For those navigating the vibrant culinary scene of Las Vegas, particularly on the iconic Strip, Temaki Bar offers a distinct and focused sushi experience. While the city is filled with diverse dining options, Temaki Bar carves out its niche by emphasizing the art of the hand roll (temaki) and fresh, high-quality ingredients. It's a spot designed for those who appreciate the delicate balance of warm rice and chilled fish, providing a more intimate and direct connection to their sushi.
Customer experiences at Temaki Bar can vary, reflecting its unique approach. One diner, while noting the sushi was "OK" and "not great," acknowledged it "doesn't taste bad" and that if you "must eat sushi then and there, sure, go for it." This particular customer felt the pricing, at over $50 for two rolls (8 pieces each, specifically a Salmon cut roll for $25 and Blue crab cut roll for $27), was "overpriced, even for Las Vegas standards," also mentioning the rolls were "very small." However, they did find the baked Lobster and Baked Alaska rolls to be a "pleasant surprise," describing them as "flavorful" and recommending them, especially for fans of cream cheese and avocado. The Nigiri, including garlic salmon and garlic tuna, was highlighted for being "seasoned to perfection" with "incredibly fresh" fish and a "just right" texture, along with "top-notch" presentation. Despite the price concerns, the overall "value for the price is definitely worth it," and the customer expressed happiness to return. In contrast, another review was much more succinct and positive, stating, "Great service and excellent food!" and that the "Sushi was excellent! Saki complemented meal well." These varied perspectives suggest that while Temaki Bar might be on the higher end of the price spectrum, its dedication to fresh ingredients and certain signature items, particularly its Nigiri and baked rolls, can truly impress patrons seeking a quality sushi experience on the Strip.

Temaki Bar Reviews
The sushi is OK. It doesn't taste bad, it's just not great. I paid over $50 for two rolls (8 pieces each). My complain is that the price doesn't meet the quality. I've had better sushi at the supermarket. If you must eat sushi then and there, sure, go for it but it is just overpriced, even for Las Vegas standards. I paid $25 for the Salmon cut roll and $27 the Blue crab cut roll. They were very small too.

Nov 12, 2024 · Tyler CymetThe food is tasty. The portions are smaller than expected for the price you pay compared to other Japanese cuisine.
Nov 27, 2024 · Jennifer PejoTucked in the Proper Eats food court is a sushi place called Temaki. Like most things in Vegas, it’s quite expensive for what you get, and it’s not that great. I guess getting sushi in a desert wasn’t the best idea to begin with.Overall, it’s a good quick bite to grab if you’re in a hurry or don’t want to settle for one of the fancier restaurants. Price point is not cheap, but cheaper than everywhere else. Food is okay, but it has a cool ordering system.
Feb 03, 2024 · Andy ChiangOverpriced sushi for what you get. Good news is it’s in a food hall space so the one benefit is you have flexibility if your group is looking for different food options within the same space.
