It was my first time visiting this restaurant and I will for sure be back another day for their Happy Hour specials!Sofia (manager or owner) was amazing and very attentive! Ten Zushi has been my go to spot since moving to Jacksonville. The atmosphere is impeccable and feels like home. I highly recommend stopping by. Sophie is one of the sweetest humans I've seen in the service industry to date. 10/10 I will be coming back frequently.

We decided to do our secret Santa gift exchange at Ten Zushi on Christmas day. Overall we all had a great experience and we will definitely be back. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was really nice. The service is what really set Ten Zushi above the rest. I feel like the staff made sure to check on us just enough and ensure we were all having a great lunch. At the end of the meal they even gave us two free desserts because we were celebrating the holiday with family.

Our first visit to this restaurant was for a birthday dinner. The manager Sofia was super nice! She came by our table and asked our names and welcomed us. She took down my husband and sons names and created this beautiful birthday dessert art and gave us 2 slices of this very yummy matcha cheesecake ❤️ good food and good hospitality!

We went for my sons birthday dinner and let me tell you, right off the bat, the staff and atmosphere were fantastic!The manager personally welcomed us and showed us our table. Chatted with us for a moment and recommended items. Super friendly and laid back. She brought my son some fried Oreos and a slice of cheesecake for his birthday and even drew a little chocolate design on his plate. 10/10 would recommend.
