So first off, I absolutely loved my food! I got the steak and chicken with fried rice meal which the menu says comes with 2 sauces and an egg roll. I've had better yum yum sauce, but it wasn't bad at all. For background, I am a lover of Japanese cuisine (shoutout to Akai Hana for authenticity!!), so for me to enjoy it was a big deal to me. Unfortunately, my husband was a complete 180. He hated it. Admittedly, the lo mein noodles did resemble spaghetti noodles, but I tasted them and it tasted fine.So he won't be back, but I might. I only say might because the guy taking the orders leaves A LOT to be desired. He was a little rude in my interaction with him and not knowledgeable about the displayed prices. I learned the latter when another customer came in wanting the beef and broccoli , to which the cashier asked if he wanted vegetables. The patron said 'just the broccoli,' and the cashier said, 'so yes, add vegetables,' making the patron repeat his earlier words. The cashier then said, 'so do you want vegetables or not?'. Fast forward to payment time when the patron says the price is more than what shows on the menu and after some back and forth for TWO MINUTES, the cashier admits that the menu is wrong. The patron said they need to update that. Now, I'm quick to leave a place when I think the customer service sucks, but I was so hungry that I stayed. In any other case, I would have left immediately because the cashier seemed annoyed to have customers.Lastly, the meal price was supposed to come with an egg roll, so I ordered 1 extra for each of my meals. I only received 2 egg rolls total for both meals when I paid for 4. In their defense, there are like 3 signs posted to check your food for accuracy before you leave. I did not heed it. I honestly didn't want the friction.*The chef knows what he's doing and he would be the ONLY reason I returned. - Kimberly Sparks
