In the vibrant and diverse culinary scene of Seattle, specifically on Broadway E, Teriyaki & Wok offers a distinct take on Japanese-inspired fast-casual dining. Situated at 324 Broadway E, Seattle, WA 98102, USA, this establishment caters to those seeking quick, flavorful, and hearty meals. While the platform category "Doctor Near Me" typically guides users to healthcare providers, Teriyaki & Wok, in its own capacity, provides a form of culinary comfort and satisfaction that can be a welcome relief after a long day or for a quick, impactful lunch. For inquiries or to place an order, their phone number is (206) 709-9888, and they can also be reached via mobile at +1 206-709-9888.
The environment at Teriyaki & Wok is primarily geared towards efficiency and a straightforward dining experience. As a fast-casual establishment, it is designed for quick service, catering to customers who are looking for a delicious meal without a lengthy wait. The focus is on the food preparation and timely delivery, making it a suitable spot for a convenient lunch break or a casual dinner. While specific details about the decor are not explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews, the emphasis on a quick and efficient experience suggests a functional and practical setting, typical of a busy eatery in a bustling area like Broadway E. The environment is conducive to grabbing a satisfying meal and moving on with one's day, prioritizing speed and taste.
The core feature of Teriyaki & Wok's offering lies in its **bold and intense flavors**, particularly highlighted in its meat dishes. Customers consistently praise the "spicy beef and chicken" for being "incredible" and bringing "the heat," indicating a robust and assertive seasoning profile. A significant point of positive feedback is the quality of the meat itself: reviewers note that there is "no gristle," and the cuts are described as "tender and delicious." This attention to meat quality and preparation is a key differentiator, ensuring a pleasant texture alongside the powerful flavors. While one review mentions that the same chicken taste might be present across different dishes and that some items can be "pretty salty," it also suggests a preference for the teriyaki sauce to be served on the side, allowing customers to customize their dipping. This feedback, while critical, also highlights the potential for customization and the restaurant's robust flavor profiles. The restaurant's strength appears to be in its signature spicy teriyaki and wok-cooked meats, which are prepared to be exceptionally flavorful and tender.
The service at Teriyaki & Wok is structured around providing a fast and efficient experience. As a quick-serve establishment, the primary aim is to get delicious food into the hands of customers as quickly as possible. While specific details about the interactions with staff are not extensively detailed, the nature of the reviews implies a smooth and timely ordering and receiving process. The focus is on delivering the prepared dishes promptly, which aligns with the needs of a fast-casual dining model. For customers prioritizing speed without compromising on taste, the service at Teriyaki & Wok appears to meet expectations effectively.
From a promotional and value perspective, Teriyaki & Wok occupies an interesting position. Customers acknowledge that it can be "pricey even for the area," with a reported cost of "$30 for my plate and a sodie." However, this perception of higher cost is immediately followed by the strong affirmation that it is "totally worth it!" This suggests that while the initial price point might be higher than some competitors, the perceived value derived from the exceptional taste, tenderness of the meat, and overall satisfaction justifies the expense for many. The "incredible" flavor and lack of gristle in the meat contribute significantly to this perceived value, making it a worthwhile splurge for those craving a truly delicious and well-prepared meal. The intense flavor profile, particularly for those who enjoy a bit of "heat," serves as a unique selling proposition, attracting customers who appreciate bold and memorable tastes. For individuals seeking a quick yet exceptionally flavorful meal, the restaurant's offerings stand out in the competitive Seattle market.
The feedback regarding the desire for "more variety to the flavors/dishes rather than just using the same meat across the board" and the suggestion to "leave the teriyaki sauce aside for the customers to dip on their own" provides insights into potential areas for enhancement, but also underscores the core strength: their primary dishes are so robust that customers want more diverse applications of that quality. This indicates a solid foundation in their main offerings. The experience promises a meal that leaves a lasting impression due to its strong flavors and the tender quality of the protein, which is often a key determinant of satisfaction in teriyaki and wok dishes.
In conclusion, Teriyaki & Wok, located at 324 Broadway E, Seattle, WA 98102, USA, offers a distinctive and highly flavorful Japanese-inspired dining experience. While it might be considered on the pricier side for the area, customers consistently find the investment to be "totally worth it" due to the **incredible taste and tenderness of its spicy beef and chicken dishes**. The focus on high-quality meat with no gristle, combined with a quick and efficient service model, makes it an ideal spot for those seeking a bold and satisfying meal on the go. Despite suggestions for more flavor variety or customizable sauce options, the restaurant's core offerings deliver a powerful and memorable taste experience, solidifying its place as a go-to for intense and delicious Japanese-style fast food in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood.

Teriyaki & Wok Reviews
Pricey even for the area, it was $30 for my plate and a sodie, but totally worth it! The spicy beef and chicken was incredible, and brought the heat. No gristle, cuts were tender and delicious.
August 24 · DarkWesternOrdered several different dishes, though you can taste the same chicken in all dishes, and all are pretty salty. Wish they could just leave the teriyaki sauce aside for the customers to dip on their own. Also, they could add more variety to the flavors/dishes rather than just using the same meat across the board.
January 13 · John MaI got the honey sesame and it was a bit too sweet for my liking. It was good but by the time I was finished I didn't want to have any more of the sauce because it was a bit too overwhelming. The portions are good and definitely feels worth the price. I'd come back again and try a different one for sure. The lady is also super kind!
September 23 · Jackie Chen***FOOD POISONING ALERT***I’m a little frustrated because I ordered here the night before I had a flight to San Diego to attend my first work retreat. Today was the flight and I’m missing it because I’ve spent the morning going back and forth between the bathroom sink and the toilet. 5 vomit sessions later I’m finally starting to feel better but it wasn’t in time to catch my 1:49 flight. I didn’t look deep enough into the reviews to see the chicken in the back of a car. Basic food safety standards aren’t being met. Won’t be recommending and won’t be coming back.
February 03 · Gabe ReichenbergerI got my chicken teriyaki and I was surprised that the price would be under 20 bucks. Most other teriyaki places don't have anything below 20 anymore so I was surprised with the price. The portion was pretty big and the chicken was tender and soft. Very delicious.
