What an amazing experience. Not only was the food phenomenal and amazing, but the service was personal, perfect, and attentive. I’ve never had sushi so fresh, so flavorful, with such great attention to flavor pairings. My favorite of the omakase experience was definitely the hamachi with the roasted shishito pepper.I don’t think I could go back to any regular sushi restaurant after this. Sean, our sushi chef, was truly a master at his craft. I was so impressed with the level of technique and attention to detail each piece of sushi received. You would think he was someone who has done this his whole lifetime with the level of expertise he showed!Absolutely loved this spot, great price, great quality of food, and left very full. Definitely going to try coming again before my weekend trip is over. - Carmen Tun
