Everything we ate here was delicious! They give you the sesame seeds to grind while you wait for your entree and you add the house made tonkatsu sauce to taste.I got the pork tenderloin and my companion got the chicken. We think the pork was a touch more flavorful than the chicken but both were great. This is katsu the way katsu is supposed to be - crispy and impossibly light for a fried food. The sesame dressing was delightful on the cabbage.I also got the creamy milk tea (hot) and it was coconutty and delicious too!Despite the fact that the place was packed the server greeted us in an easygoing and cheerful manner. We were seated right away and brought glasses of water and she was patient when I needed a little more time to finishing looking over the menu (my first time here). She was efficient and cheerful and patient even though she was so busy. The place is quite cozy. We could barely fit all the things for our meals on the little table they seated the two of us at. And I know way more about the breakup the loudish-talking guy at the table next to us was going through than I ever wanted to know about a stranger’s personal life. - Dareth McKenna
