Tori Ramen Reviews
Tori Ramen in St. Paul is such a gem! The whole experience feels intentionally crafted — from the cozy layout to the flavorful food. The main dining area is designed like a railway cabin, and it really adds a unique charm. Seating is smartly arranged to make the most of the space without feeling cramped.Heads up: it can get busy during peak hours, so expect a short wait — but it’s absolutely worth it.The menu is small, which I actually appreciate. It’s focused, and everything we tried was spot-on. I do wish they had a couple more starter options though. That said, the cucumber salad we ordered was packed with flavor and had a perfect spicy kick. Easily one of the best salads I’ve had in a while. For mains, we tried the Korean Ramen and Bali Bali. The Bali Bali was outstanding — rich, delicious, and deeply satisfying. The Korean Ramen was also really well-prepared and hit the spot. They’ve also got a drinks menu and it seems like the food options rotate from time to time, which gives a great reason to keep coming back.Definitely recommend for anyone looking for bold flavors and a cozy dining experience!
April 09 · akshay reddyFirst time here, great drink selections, loved their Egg snack, Sesame Noodles for appetizers. Ordered the Korean and Bali Ramen, I really enjoyed both flavors, more spicy for me, but great overall. I asked for more chili oil, they brought me Mexican Hot Sauce. I thought that was hilarious, will be back, more to try for sure.
May 23 · Jonathan LopezWas so excited to see you when the restaurant posted hours because we have been trying to go here for a bit! The experience of being in an old train car is so cool!! The Ramen was absolutely delicious with noodle noodles that are a little bit thicker than other Ramen places. I also tried their strawberry lemonade and thought it was delicious. We will definitely be returning again and would love to see it in the summer when the garage doors are open.
April 18 · Andrea KyleThis ramen place is undoubtedly one of the best in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. They clearly label their vegetarian and vegan dishes. The broth was delicious and flavorful. Most of the portions are large enough to take home, and they do a great job of packing and labeling them.Their cocktails are also good.
April 14 · Pulkit KashyapI was very disappointed by the Shoyu ramen. It's broth was so bland, it tasted like they had just mixed chicken drippings with water and had forgotten to add any salt, MSG, or any other seasoning. You'd get more flavor out of an instant ramen flavor packet. I wonder if they made it wrong.Staff and service were excellent. The restaurant inside an old train car was interesting and charming and had great atmosphere.
