Trapper's Sushi - Silverdale Reviews
Absolutely incredible! The only downside is having to wait for the absolutely delicious food. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve tried a dozen of their rolls and continue to be impressed every time!In picture: (closest) Phoenix and Sounders, (farther) Crissy and Smurf
May 03, 2025 · Heather BoiceBeen coming here for years (old & current location), experienced different styles of chefs and today was enough to leave a review. JAKE was our chef today and I have not been impressed many others. California Crunch is a basic roll in my opinion and this one was actually memorable. He also shared his own creation roll that wasn't on the menu for my boyfriend and was kind enough to ask him if he trusted him and if he liked spicy. He explained the idea for the roll and it wasn't too crazy on spice, palatable and enjoyable. He also suggested a sauce for when nigiri was ordered, which was perfect. JAKE knows what he is doing, he's efficient in the kitchen, how to balance flavor profiles and present food in a appealing manner. He interacts with guests and also speaks loud enough to where you can hear him. This man with definitely go far. Hope to see him next time we are there. Definitely was worth the 45 minute wait.
Dec 29, 2024 · Jessica LockhartI AM VEGAN AND IT IS SO HARD TO FIND EXCITING VEGAN ROLLS - this place has done it. Oh my goodness. I couldn’t stop freaking out the entire time I was eating my rolls. I got the Smurf Roll & the Cryssi Roll - best sushi rolls I’ve ever had. I love the creativity, the texture, and the pairings. 10/10 recommend!!!!!
May 03, 2025 · Rachel BoiceLove Trappers! All you can eat sushi is amazing. John has incredible recommendations, as well as a specialty roll he made for us. Kate was also wonderful taking care of us.
May 13, 2025 · Jessica HunterSushi was decent, but far from superior. Kinda unfortunate since this place has been hyped up for me for awhile. First visit to the area and unimpressed.Asked for a condiment that is standard in Florida, but the server looked at us like we were crazy then went and made fun of it with the others at the bar. Very unprofessional. If I were living in the area, I'd definitely go elsewhere for sushi.
