Uni Sushi Reviews
We’ve ordered delivery from here a few times and they always do great. The selection is delicious albeit a bit homogenized and predictable. The food is excellent and the fish tastes fresh. We stopped at Total Wine on the way in order to purchase some sake. They’re BYO which can be fun! Service was very accommodating and friendly.
Mar 30, 2025 · The M’sPeople don’t lie while referring to this restaurant as a hidden gem in downtown Plano. It is absolutely delicious! We had an amazing date night, the sushi tasted so fresh and delicious, I loved their house cold sake. Service was excellent as well. Definitely became my favorite sushi restaurant in Plano.
Nov 03, 2024 · Sarai CTried Uni Sushi for the first time, and I’m already planning my next visit. From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was special. The atmosphere is casual and chill, perfect for a relaxed evening out.I started with edamame and hot sake, a great way to ease into the meal. Then the sushi arrived, and it did not disappoint. I tried the Lobster Roll, the Avocado Roll, and the Spicy Tuna Roll. The Lobster Roll, topped with scallops, crab, and baby lobster, was rich and indulgent. The Avocado Roll was light and refreshing, while the Spicy Tuna Roll had just the right amount of heat. The service was fantastic, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Plus, the playlist added a modern, laid-back vibe that made the whole experience even better. For a first visit, Uni Sushi completely exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to come back!
Nov 15, 2024 · Ashley HarrisonThis used to be my favorite sushi place! It has gone hill!!! I got a Philly roll and the salmon looks to be about 4 shades of pink depending on the piece you look at! (I specifically know when the fish is delivered to sushi places I go to and come the day after so they use the old stuff up the day of delivery) I got a $20 roll and it wasn’t fully closed leaving the roll to open as you pick it up. The salad dressing isn’t a lemon delicious dressing anymore… it’s some mustard sauce. I’m so sad!!! What a waste and now I need a new sushi spot!!! Disappointed to a max
Mar 23, 2025 · Parrish BlairWe went tonight for my hubby's birthday. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. The sushi was very good/ fresh and the sizzling dumplings were tasty too!! We had a Shrimp tempura roll, Red Cannon roll and a Philadelphia roll. The Korean ribs were not my favorite. That doesn't mean other people wouldn't enjoy them, I just personally didn't enjoy the overall flavor of the meat/sauce. Something about it tasted off. The staff was very nice and attentive. We would go back.
